Our home warranty company gave us the runaround and seemed more interested in trying to upsell us than actually fixing the problem. Oscar came out first to evaluate the issue. He was honest, explained what he found, and even followed up afterward to see how things were going. He offered to come back for a second opinion at no charge, which really showed how much he cared about helping rather than just making a sale.
