• A very happy customer! I reached out to Colin to have a new ac unit, and furnace installed in my 1888 home. I was a little nervous as the home has never had ac before. I had obtained a few quotes before deciding on total aire. He answered all my questions, got me a quote, and had me scheduled so quickly. Great to work with! Total aire came in at the best price, the technicians who installed the unit were very professional, and friendly. They were in to do the install very quickly after hiring them. I have never seen such a nicely installed unit. Even my dad commented on how clean everything was ran. They were in and out in a few hours, the bill was exactly what was agreed upon. Absolutely no surprises! Either such a big purchase for my home it was refreshing to have found a company I could trust. They listened to my every need for the home and made sure I had a unit that would perform well, and continue to for years to come. • Our furnace started acting up. Brad diagnosed that our blower motor was indeed going. Since our furnace and AC were 23 years old we decided to have them replaced. Colin met with us and walked us through a variety of options. We settled on brand and type and we had Sean and Austin here completing the install within the week. • September 29, 2026 Always prompt with great friendly service! Over the 5 years I have had my York furnace and air system it has made our house very comfortable to live in! September 23, 2026 Annual inspection -as usual great service! Taking care of warranty issue. February 10, 2025 I never noticed my humidifier wasn’t actually working until recently. My Ecobee reads the humidity which is usually 24 to 34% an acceptable range. Total Aire service calls pointed to my humidifier solenoid and then the Ecobee not working properly. I was told to contact Ecobee service to try to get an out of warranty replacement. Ecobee troubleshooting identified an installation wiring correction. As a result, James rebated my service fee. How we respond to make things right matters in a business environment. I like to work with reputable companies. I remain happy to report in my almost 3.5 year business relationship I continue to give Total Aire a 5 star rating. Impressed #8! July 31, 2022 (Sunday am, holiday weekend) left a message about our AC making a very loud noise. James got back to us very quickly and diagnosed the probable issue over the phone. August 3, 2022 early am, Keatley replaced the faulty part under warranty. Very pleased. Impressed #7!! Late September 2021, I asked about 6 companies for an estimate to replace our furnace and central air. The first company promptly shut off my gas service due to residue on my chimney flue. The other companies only gave me estimates. James took the time to use a meter to check for leaks and stuck around to change it to a repair in 42 days tag. James' quote included a filter and vent cleaning no charge and a great price overall. Impressed #1 I also called a friend who works in the service side of the industry who gave the company a thumbs up! Impressed #2 October 6, 2021, the install day Randy, Matty and Austin showed up on time and stuck around for 10 hours fixing some issues that cropped up along the way. Gurveer stopped by too. Impressed #3 Several days later Keatley installed an Ecobee smart thermostat that I wanted changed. Impressed #4 I wanted my humidifier hooked into the system. I have a feeling that will be done quickly and right as well. Impressed #5 Finally, when I call or email one of the owners responds Gurveer or James. Impressed #6 I run a business. This is how a business should be run. I can whole heartedly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience!! Update: We just had our ducts cleaned as part of our purchase package. Removed a lot of dirt out of the ducts. As before friendly and efficient.

• After getting all those scammy unsolicited calls for duct cleaning, it was such a relief to deal with a legit, professional company for a change. We weren't even sure if they serviced the Brantford area, but they do — and I'm glad we called. Total Aire Care was the real deal from start to finish. Jason arrived right on time, which I always appreciate, and was courteous and professional throughout the entire job. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to do it right, not just rush through it. You can tell the difference when someone actually cares about the quality of their work. We also opted for the disinfectant treatment, and it made a huge difference — it completely eliminated some lingering odors in the ductwork left behind by the previous homeowners that we'd been dealing with since we moved in. Our air just feels and smells noticeably cleaner now. Total Aire Care exceeded our expectations, and Jason in particular deserves a shoutout for his great service. • It's hard to decide which company to go with when your 35-year old A/C unit suddenly dies during a nasty heatwave. I'm glad I went with my gut feeling and not a few recommendations with another company. So glad I called Total Aire Care and had a fast response time with Colin who came a few hours later. • Absolutely fantastic from my first interactions with this company over the phone to book a tune up, to Brad the tech who came out to check on our system and do a tune up and discovered the issues we were having, to Colin who helped us choose the right set up for our needs after deciding to get a new a/c, and finally to the install of our new A/C by Yusif and Austin who were very easy to talk with, courteous, and were happy to respond to all the questions I had. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier! They had next day availability for install and although we chose to push the date back past the weekend for a Monday install they had absolutely no problems accommodating my fussy schedule and were here right on schedule first thing in the morning. Genuinely lovely people to work with at all parts of process, you can tell they care about and take pride in their workmanship. • Thank you for responding to my original review. Unfortunately, your response does not change the facts of what happened. Your company charged us nearly $300 to diagnose our six-month-old Panasonic air conditioner and told us it required a new motherboard. That diagnosis was completely incorrect. After losing confidence in your company, we contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. Within 30 minutes, they correctly identified the actual problem: a small nick in one of the wires. The repair required no replacement parts, no motherboard, and certainly did not justify a $300 diagnosis. To be clear, I do not expect any company to work for free. I don't work for free either. I fully expect to pay qualified professionals for their time, expertise, and honest work. What I do expect, however, is that when I pay hundreds of dollars for a diagnosis, that diagnosis is accurate. Instead, we paid almost $300 for an incorrect diagnosis, were told we needed to spend even more money before any warranty process would begin, and still had a broken air conditioner. The difference between your company and the company that ultimately repaired our unit was remarkable. The second company accurately diagnosed the problem, repaired it promptly, and didn't ask for payment until the job was complete. They were also incredibly compassionate after hearing about our experience and commented that the original diagnosis and charges were unreasonable. They have earned our trust and will absolutely receive a glowing review. As for your company, I stand by my original review. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend your services and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would encourage anyone considering this company to do their homework and obtain a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs based solely on their diagnosis.

• We had a great experience with Total Aire Care. Our air conditioner was acting up during a heat wave in late June so we contacted Colin, the salesperson, and he was quick to drop by and discuss our options to either have it fixed or have a full replacement. Since our old AC unit was 24 years old, we opted to have it replaced. We also had a furnace that was 32 years old so we decided to have that replaced as well. Installation was scheduled and Austin and Yusif arrived promptly at 8am and worked continuously until 6:30pm to make sure both furnace and AC was installed. It was probably the hottest day of the year that day. We were quite impressed with them both. Very professional guys who know what they are doing. Everything was taken away and all cleaned up after the install. Yusif walked us through setting up the new smart thermostat and was so patient with us since we are not that great with new technology. Austin left his number just in case there were any issues and checked in with us the next day as well. Highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for any furnace or AC issues.
