everything went well. It was so nice ot work with them. Back in april a different business told me to scrap the whole thing and that the part could not be obtained. I guess they were lying. it is great to work with a business I now trust.

My A/C went out during our heat wave. No one had availability to fit me in for weeks. I called Ashleigh and she was able to send out a tech (Nick) the same day who was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Thank you for saving the day!

My home's HVAC system was no longer cooling effectively, so Wasatch Peak was the first company I called. Their technician quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed that my 20-year-old system had reached the end of its lifespan. Just a couple of hours later, James came out to provide a quote for a new furnace and air conditioning system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The team also worked with me on the pricing, which I really appreciated. Although it was a Friday, they scheduled the installation for Monday morning. Their crew arrived on time and completed the installation of both the new furnace and AC in about six hours. The entire process was efficient, and the workmanship was excellent. Everyone at Wasatch Peak was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service

Love love love this company! We have had lots of issues with our AC this summer, without fail they come out in a timely manner and get us back up and running. The two techs (Nick) and (Noe) have both been beyond kind, professional and knowledgeable. They give suggestions but they don’t force you to fix it. I will forever use this company

Tessa B.
They worked us in and got it working all in the same day. We are thankful and will use them again

Chris D.
Great experience. With the hot weather my A/C has been running non stop. When it started acting up I called, they fit me in and the A/C condenser which apparently helps start the motor was replaced. All good now and I’m happy to say problem solved.

They were able to come out and help me really quickly. They keep in good communication and do an amazing job!

I really enjoyed their service. Justin was very professional and I felt I could trust his conclusions. While the other place quoted me 10k for an entire new system, we were able to get everything resolved for less than $300

Sean S.
Nick was very prompt and personable, and he diagnosed the problem quickly. I'd highly recommend these folks!

Worked with Wasatch Peaks and they were great! They explained the whole process and really made us feel comfortable with out decision. They did all of the work efficiently, would recommend them again.

Very professional and got my new furnace and AC installed in one day. I like that they did a great job cleaning up and everything is working great. Noe took the time to show me how everything works. Justin added supply ducts to two rooms in my basement and managed to do it without the need to patch the drywall. Impressive!

We recently had Justin and his crew at Wasatch Peaks Heating & Air come out to help us with an air conditioning issue, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and genuinely committed to taking care of us. What really stood out was how upfront and transparent Justin was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on, laid out our options clearly, and never once made us feel pressured. When it came to the financial side of things, they went above and beyond to work with us and find a plan that actually fit our budget — that kind of consideration means the world. The work itself was done right, and done with care. You can tell this crew takes pride in what they do. Honest, hardworking, and genuinely good people. If you're looking for a heating and air company you can trust, look no further than Wasatch Peaks. Justin and his team have earned a customer for life. Thank you all so much!

I came home to find a water puddle under the water heater. I contacted my landlord and they called Wasatch Peaks Heating. Justin contacted me within the hour. He said he needed to stop and pick up some equipment and was on his way over. Now I have a new water heater, professionally installed by the best! A very great experience without stress! Justin also walked me through everything I needed to know. 5 stars isnt enough for Wasatch Peak. Thank you Justin for your help and serving our Country!

Jack C.
Justin and his team are excellent! They were thorough, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. Our furnace and AC were both over 30 years old, and they replaced both for us and helped fix a few vents that were incorrectly installed during a remodel. I highly recommend them. We got 4 bids for this project, and Wasatch Peaks was the best with the highest quality systems by far.

Aunalisa A.
Had to get a new furnace and air conditioner. It was unexpected but Wasatch Peaks did a great job! Hoping I get another 18 years! Staff was friendly and great to work with!

Vicki O.
Wasatch Peaks Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome. They were very responsive and professional. Nick diagnosed my furnace problem, explained the problem and solution, and offered to fix it. I’m a DIYer when I can and elected to replace the bad thermostat myself but still had issues after doing so. Justin helped me resolve the issue over the phone. I highly recommend Justin and his crew.

Russ B.
Team is great, installed two water heaters cleanly and efficiently. Great job!
