Shawn was punctual and very personable. He found the cause of our “warm” AC right away and gave us options for fixing it, including some DIY that would save us money. In the end we had a working unit in 90 mins at an affordable price. Would highly recommend this company!

I really dont even know where to start with this review other than air design went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out. For 3 years we had issues with our AC. Once or twice a year we would bring someone out to check the house and they always said it was fine. We struggled every other week with it freezing, not freezing but not blowing cold air, the list goes on. After multiple other companies coudlnt find a problem, we finally we sent air design out. They didnt gaslight us and tell us there was nothing they could do, they came out and started digging further. Long story short there was a lot of small things wrong with how the ac unit was installed in the house because of the builders. Air design came out as many times as needed, and checked up everyday. They even went as far as sending the owner out to try and solve the issues because it was such a complicated case. While there the owner cleaned our condenser OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF HIS HEART. All that to say, its been 104 this week in utah and our house is holding at 70 degrees. This hasnt happened ever. We are so thrilled and will be life long customers of Air design. We cant thank them enough!! Also should mention they were sooooo transparent of costs and were so reasonable!!

Huge thanks to Air Design! I had a frustrating issue with my system constantly over-freezing. Internet troubleshooting didn't help at all, but Air Design did. They were incredibly responsive, got me on the schedule fast, and quickly pinpointed the issue. It's been a few weeks now and everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend their team!

Awesome service! Called in the morning about an air exhaust fan on my furnace that went out. Sent a photo of the furnace model. Had someone out within two hours to replace the fan and I'm up and running. They specialize in HVAC so had the part in stock. I was expecting for it to take a week to get fixed but it was done in two hours from when I called. I'm really impressed with this company!

Lance was very responsive when I called to have someone service a mini-split that was installed when we put an addition on our house. Our technician, Jim, was knowledgeable and was able to fix the leaking issue we were having with our unit (which ended up being our own fault for not cleaning out the air filters) Air design has installed three units in our home and we’ve been very happy with them.
