• I have been struggling for 4 years with a tankless Bradford white heater that has been working intermittently for the entirety of our new home (4 years). We have had their service tech here 6-7 times replacing parts, diagnosing, trying to fix the issue. I've even suggested to swap with a hot water tank. Most of the time my emails for service request need 4-5 follow-ups before they finally come out, repair/replace a random part, only to find the same issue. We have talked to the manufacturer (bradford-white) and they have suggested to swap out the entire unit/motherboard. Still no reply from Weiss. Would not recommend ever, unless you want cold showers and unwashed dishes.

• I used Weiss johnson twice. At my old house for a move out service requested by the buyer. Noel confirmed the furnace and humidifier were in good condition and working order. Then I used them in my new house because the heat was not working. Sam came out to inspect and found the issue was the motherboard needed to be replaced. He luckily had the part and was able to get our heat running quickly. I would use this company again.

• (Editing my initial AC review after a botched HWT install.) Had a hot water tank installed. Extremely lazy, sloppy and unprofessional work by the tech. Tried to get away with using sharkbite fittings. Had to have him redo it properly. Damaged the walls moving tanks in and out. Left solder slag and garbage all over the floor. Did nothing to protect the floor from water spills, now I am in the process of drying my utility room from leakage under linoleum and vinyl plank. And as a bonus I now have flow issues on my hot fixtures. Company had only excuses and no resolutions and has since stopped responding. 0/10 Should have done the install myself and saved $1000.

• I can't comment on their work, never got a chance to get that far. I had a quote for a new furnace and hvac work back in April. Took a while to get my quote, no big deal, I reached out and the estimator got around to getting it to me, stating he had been really going over it to make sure he didnt miss anything. I thought the quote was in the right ball park, waited a couple weeks, sent a follow up and received an out of office from the fella I was dealing with. No big deal, this wasn't a rush for me. I respected his out of office time and waited for him to return and get back to me. After waiting past his return date I still hadn't heard a response to my inquiry. I reached out again, he apologized saying things had been crazy busy. I asked some clarification questions on my quote as there were some inconsistencies to what I was told in person. I was also told that because we were now well past the 30 days my quote would almost certainly be higher due to being in a busier season. I told him thats unfortunate and I didn't really care what month my quote was in, the work doesn't change. He told me he would play around with some numbers and get another quote to me. I waited again.... another 2 weeks went by. I last followed up on Friday June 19, and he assured me he would get me a quote Monday at the latest, apologizing again, as he had been dealing with some things. Its now August 10. Monday never came.... there's only so many times a guy has the energy to chase a company you would expect wants the business
