  • I posted an earlier review because I was thrilled with 1 Call Heat and Air's incredible customer service, pricing and rapid installation of my new HVAC system. Now, I'm astounded! I got [a very nice] check in the mail yesterday. I had no idea why, because it was from a supply company I didn't know and had never done business with. I assumed it was a marketing ploy, scam or mistake. I called the supply company to let them know. They told me it was my rebate check for my new HVAC system! Still skeptical, I asked how that could even be possible, since I hadn't done any paperwork connecting me to it? To my absolute shock, they said 1 Call Heat and Air always registers their customers and signs them up for these!! WOW! And Thank You, 1 Call Heat and Air! Seriously, 1 Call Heat and Air definitely believes in taking care of their customers. Never expected this level of service, but they definitely stand by their commitment.   • 1 Call heat and air is AMAZING. Our a/c went out at the end of June which was the beginning of 100+ days. They came out first thing the next morning to troubleshoot and make a plan. They ordered all the parts and had it repaired the next day. Ray has some honest and trustworthy people working for him. We trust them so much, we gave them the access codes to our house so they could do the repairs while we were at work. So happy that my husband or myself didn’t have to miss work to be here. Great service, trustworthy and honest people. They made our problem their main priority!!

They were very professional and polite. Cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work the new thermostat once they finished the job. They finished in a timely manner even with the temperature being in the 100’s. Highly recommended! Give them a call.

  • It's cool over here again!! No more panting pups or people!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, 1Call Heat and Air. The 1Call team was great installing my new HVAC system today. They knew what to do and they got it done! Everyone arrived early this morning and everything went exactly as expected. The entire crew worked hard, despite it being an extremely hot and humid 98° outside. (My attic had to be miserable!) By mid-afternoon, everything was up and running. Plus, all worksites were left spotless. TJ was my project manager and he was absolutely awesome. He made sure I truly understood everything about using my new HVAC system. He let me know that sometimes new installations need minor adjustments, but no worries, because that was a normal part of getting everything tweaked perfectly to my home. Harley and Jordan were great. I learned so much about how air conditioning works from them. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name, but they were all professional, polite and very skilled technicians. Mr. Hoover, as the owner of 1Call Heat and Air, you answered every question I had. (And there were many!). You walked me through every decision, always (very patiently) making sure I understood the best system for my house and why. You made sure I was investing in what my house actually NEEDED, while making sure I DIDN'T OVERSPEND on what I truly DIDN'T need. That's the definition of an honest business. I respect your integrity. Thank You and your entire 1Call Heat and Air team. You definitely came through Big Time in my emergency. I know how hard everyone worked to make that happen and I saw 1Call Heat and Air's extraordinary customer service in action.
