I can think of no other company that I have dealt with where they have been more courteous, punctual with a very positive attitude and making the customer feel like they are part of the family. Justin Lindsley, my technician was fantastic. Extremely easy to work with very pleasant very knowledgeable and very patient.   • Had a new AC installed last year. This summer it has broken repeatedly and every time they come out to look at it and fix it it's another charge. I have never had such a problematic unit as this and it's become really frustrating. It's broken again right now.
