In the over 40 years since, the company has expanded its scope to include Appliance Repair, Heating and Air Conditioning service and repair, Commercial Refrigeration service, repair, and installation, and Residential and Commercial Electrical Services While expanding its geographic service area to include all of central Arkansas. But through all these changes, the family connection has remained constant; three generations of the Fairchild family have now worked in and managed the company."

  • I'm pretty upset about the "diagnostic" I was given. I was told I need to have the ice maker completely replaced, when I asked why, I wasn't given a real answer, I was just told that there could be lots of reasons I need it replaced. I paid 120 bucks for the guy to come out, and when I told him I would like to know what's wrong with it, he didn't tell me, he just told me I needed it replaced. I called another place and without evening coming to see the freezer, he told me to replace my water filter, and now everything is working. Absolutely a rip off.

  • I will ONLY call this company with my restaurant needs! Jeremy just serviced our business and he could have very easily charged us more money but instead found a way to fix part of our issues without charging us for new parts. You cant find honesty and integrity as much in this country as you did back in my father's day, but I was blessed to stumble across Jeremy and his company by chance. They are now who we call, period!

  • Central One Service had previously repaired my Maytag dryer that was damaged in a move. My dryer is over 30 years old, and I called them again for help. They sent Brian (who was trained on newer machines) to fix it. There were some frustrating moments, but he didn't give up! My dryer sounds like new now a d I am so pleased!!
