Airmasters is a great company and is usually on time with technicians arriving as scheduled. Any problems are usually resolved quickly. The work of the technicians is generally good and concise. I highly recommend them as they offer yearly inspections and keep the heat and air models in top shape. Update: September 25, 2026 - Airmasters Plumbing Supervisor/Technician Kevin came to see about our 4 outdated leaking faucets which will be replaced. He was very professional, descriptive about what needed to be done. It's great that Airmasters now offers plumbing services. Update #2 - Kevin and his apprentice came as scheduled and replaced 4 very old outside faucets successfully 👏 Nice job ! Kevin was very nice and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Doug came quickly on a Sunday. Did quick repair to hold me till Monday. Came early today with needed new part. And checked out every thing and changed filters. Super guy and super service.

Doug, was on time. Introduced himself and visit with us for a few minutes since it was the first time to service our units and where they are located. He then went right to work servicing our heating units. Changed out all the filters. Checked the units with their thermostats, making sure they were in sync. Then made sure everything was as he found it. Very neat. Very thorough and all done professionally.
