I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because a five-star rating doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service and care I received from Climate Warriors. From the moment my appointment was scheduled, through the service itself, and even more than a week afterward, these gentlemen have consistently demonstrated what it means to treat people with professionalism, respect, patience, and genuine care. And let me be clear: I was not treated like just another service call. I was treated like I was their highest-paying customer. And I wasn’t even the person writing the check! 😂 I had questions. I had concerns. I wanted to understand what was happening with the unit, what was repaired, why it needed to be repaired, and how I could better support its proper functioning moving forward. Every time I reached out, I received thoughtful responses, clear explanations, and information that helped me feel more comfortable and informed. From my initial telephone conversations before service, to the actual repair and explanation of the work, to the follow-up call I made at their request to let them know how the unit was performing, the level of communication and follow-through has been exceptional. This is actually two reviews in one. We have worked with Clayton and Todd two times now and feel fortunate to have found them. Initally, we called them regarding a Daiken mini-split during the hottest time of record breaking summer heat. This unit was meant to cool our family room; we still had air conditioning for the rest of the house. We did have to wait a little longer than expected because there were folks without any air conditioning at all. We understood that. Once Clayton came and installed the unit in the family room it was nice and cool in less than an hour. The unit is as quiet as they said it would be and we are enjoying having a comfortable room. We had to call them again on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend for our main air conditioner as it stopped working. Clayton came early Friday morning, checked it out, and determined we needed refrigerent. Again the house was nice and cool within an hour. We appreciate their prompt attention to both of our issues and will continue to use their company for any heating or cooling issues.
