  • Ryan Taylor came last week to do our regular service on our units. His work, attitude and problem solving was the best we’ve ever had. Ryan identified specific drain issues on both of our units and presented solutions to each. These problems were due to other techs not taking the time to correct these issues. Ryan spent most of his day working through and solving the issues. I would recommend his service and would request him on our service going forward. Excellent work.

  • In the middle of the hottest summer I remember in Arkansas, my A/C went out at 5:00 in the evening. I have used Middleton to maintain my (now 20 y/o) A/C for, at least 10 years. It has issues some time but I have never gone more than a few hours without A/C. This time, Andrew came out. Such a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and personable young man. He told me exactly what was wrong, how he fixed it. He answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. As long as there's a Middleton with people like Andrew, I never worry about being without A/C or heat.
