• Coin operated non-customer centric service model. Unless you opt in for the annual subscription maintenance plan, they don't care about your issues at hand. they diagnosed my 2 HVAC units and determined the thermostat was malfunctioning but the units just needed tune-up and filter replacement. I opted out of annual subscription plan x2 units and scheduled another visit for one-time $100 tune-up x2. Management didn't get their subscription plan and told me they won't bother with the work and go somewhere else and there's plenty

• AC wasn't working. For a brief time, we scheduled an appointment. AC Works scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. They were extremely quick in their response. The AC unit turned out not to have anything wrong with it just briefly made some noise and started blowing hot air, but after a turn off and restart, it was working fine, but was still inspected thoroughly by the technician. Also, our work order was left open for a few days after just in case the AC unit ended up having the same issue. We have had issues with that AC unit a couple of times because it is older, so the company was very understanding of the situation and very kindly kept checking back in to make sure everything was working. Everybody from scheduling to the technician was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. AC Works will definitely be the call that I make moving forward if we have any other issues.

He quoted a price to repair, but later discovered the issue was under warranty, further saving us money on the repair. I truly appreciate his honesty! Brittany also worked really hard to resolve a mistake the previous installers made with the serial number on our unit. She quickly worked with the manufacturer and resolved our issue. This is our second year with AC Works, and we will only allow them to service our AC needs.
