• Jeremy and Eric were great! They showed up and diagnosed and explained the problem with our AC unit soon after we requested maintenance, then came back the next day shortly after they received approval to get it up and working for us again. Immediately introduced themselves to my older pup so he wouldn’t be leery with them coming and going and made sure the gate was locked to prevent him going on an adventure and extremely polite. 10/10 would recommend and will request them again if we have any further issues pop up! • Alien Air Conditioning is the best!! We used them a couple of years ago to replace our AC unit, and they did a great job back then. Recently, we had another issue come up with the AC, so I gave them a call in the morning. They responded right away and were able to come out within about one to two hours, which is almost unheard of, especially during the brutal AZ summer heat. From the moment technician arrived, he was friendly, professional, honest, and very easy to work with. He took the time to look into the problem and figure out what was really going on. It turned out the issue was actually related to an old pipeline from a previous system that had been done a long time ago. It was not even something they originally caused, but they still stepped up and took care of it free of charge!! What impressed me the most was how willing they were to help and how much they cared about getting the system working again. This was not a simple fix. It took him at least 2-3 hours, and I could tell it was not the easiest job, but they handled it with a great attitude and got everything fixed at no charge, which really shows the kind of company they are. In AZ, especially during this blazing hot summer weather. Alien Air truly saved the day for us. They went above and beyond, treated us with respect, and made sure we were cool again as quickly as possible. Companies like this are very hard to find. They are responsive, reliable, honest, fair, and truly care about their customers even after the original job is done. I am extremely grateful for their help and would recommend Alien Air Conditioning to anyone looking for an AC company they can actually trust. They are absolutely amazing!! Best AC company ever!!
