• Muhammad from Airbender took great care of us on a holiday weekend. I called on Labour Day weekend since our AC went out during the night. He was quick to respond same day and did exactly as he said he would: show up on time, diag the unit (interior & exterior) and replace the part that had gone bad. Prices are very reasonable. Living in Phoenix for 13 years I’ve dealt with exploitive AC companies and this was an ideal experience. Clear communication, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. • Muhammad had been servicing our old unit in Desert Ridge for a few years. Last June 2025 our unit fianilly went. We were given a written estimate. The new unit went in quickly and at the same price. 2026 is another hot summer. The beginning week of August we hit 117°. My father's 20 year old unit went out. I called Muhammad and he came and got the old unit up and running. Than gave us a good quote on a new unit. That is now installed and keeping us cool.

• My husband and I purchased a home in January with a six month warranty and go figure that 2 months after our warranty expired our AC went out. Thankfully Airbender was suggested to my husband by a coworker. Mohammed came out the same night to check what was going on and was very up front with his reasonable pricing. • Literally a lifesaver!!! Labor Day weekend. My ac went out for the 4th time in two weeks. 😧I opened the Nextdoor app and saw a post from someone looking for ac service, too. Airbender had responded, so I decided to call them. Best decision EVER! First, let me just say that even with it being Sunday, and a holiday weekend, Mohammed came straight over to look at my ac. He was polite, professional and upfront and honest. Even tho all the places to get my part were closed, he called around to people he knew and found one!
