Unfortunately had the experience of being in traffic with one of your drivers on Glenwood and state I believe it’s truck # 238 I will not ever do business with this company because of his behavior there was an accident on the road we needed to merge this driver would not let anyone over how sad this company has no respect for others this was an easy fix all he had to do is be kind .. I’ll be making sure I tell family and friends to find someone a company that’s more about being part of a community

Caleb was amazing today. He came out to our apartment and listened to my concerns. Our property management had another HVAC company come weeks before and they did not really listen or check everything out. Caleb did. He tested and looked inside, outside, and even in our attic. He went through every possible problem, and was very thorough! When we get our own house we will be calling this company.

Service technician Daniel Escobedo performed the spring maintenance on our HVAC system yesterday. Very professional and knowledgeable, he provided a thorough inspection of the system and quickly corrected a couple of issues. Daniel has been here before and I always enjoy engaging with him and learning from him. He is always willing to explain what he is doing and answering any of my questions. Daniel is a tremendous asset for Advanced Heating and Cooling.

Nothing but good things to say about this company we called them out for a furnace problem. I'm a renter and the landlord called out a different company , the repairs they said it needed didn't sound right so she allowed me to call advanced. Donny came out and worked until almost 8 pm ..the furnace didn't need any expensive parts it just needed a cleaning. I appreciated how he explained everything and cleaned up afterwards . Donny definitely knows what he is doing !

Not your typical raving review. My house was built during Covid. This is the first time I’ve lived in a newer home and I expected things to simply work. I was very wrong! Plumbing, finish work and lastly the air conditioning system, all had issues. Most of these things I took care of on my own but with the air conditioning(full mini splits on both levels) I didn’t dare mess with it. I contacted Advanced Heating and Cooling. They were the original installers. I was skeptical that getting assistance with a system a few years out was going to go well but to my surprise they have been incredibly responsive. They have quickly corrected all issues with my installation. The techs have been professional and great to work with. I will use Advanced Heating and Cooling without hesitation in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Driver of truck #238 cut me off on the I84W on ramp from Garriry this morning around 5:40 am approximately. Just because it’s early doesn’t mean you drive irresponsible!
