The man in this camo hat was tailgating me this morning in Kuna for several miles while there were other cars in front of me. He then proceeded to flip me off several times for no apparent reason, in a work van owned by this company. I see another one star review stating the reviewer had the same experience as me last year. Must have it out for women. I got a great look at him as he flipped me off and this is definitely the guy. Do you want a man with this type of aggressiveness working for you? I wouldn’t!

Butler Heating & Air Conditioning has a great team of workers. They installed a new air conditioning system and each one of the workers were extremely friendly and answered a question if I asked one. They were very professional and did a GREAT job. I only have the highest praise for each one of them. We have been with Butler for many, many years and would highly recommend them to any one.

Had some inspection issues with a house I'm trying to sell. The technicians were professional, and their truck was well equipped to handle the hvac duct and flue pipe fabrication. They made sure the furnace was working properly, cleaned the air conditioning coils outside along with a function check. One less thing to worry about, would recommend without hesitation. 5 stars.

Excellent service- Honest and professional. Butler came out to give me a second opinion after JD HVAC tried to rip me off by selling me a furnace: 3 years later my furnace still works ! I will not use anyone else other than Butler! I did replace my 20 yr old AC this year and Butler did a Great job .

Rocky Butler came over recently to service my HVAC unit recently. No issues, failry new build. Just needed the annual service and check up! Butler HVAC came highly recommended by a neighbor and the recommendation was spot on as Rocky breezed thru the service, knows systems, visited as he checked the furnace and a/c; chatted as to what he was doing and why. All in all, very pleased, Rocky has great customer service and knowledge (growing up in the family biz), easily recommend. I also signed up for their annual maintenance service - no brainer. This morning on Highway 55, I was followed by one of your Butler Mercedes work vans. The driver was exceeding the speed limit and tailgating my vehicle closely after I turned onto the highway. This behavior was not only unsafe but also unsettling. If you’re going to operate a company vehicle with business information clearly displayed, I would expect more responsible and courteous driving.

Get a few quotes! After having discussed a time and materials price over the phone, their guys came out 5/29 to run a dryer vent. They left that day saying they couldn't complete the job. 3 days later I got a price from the owner for $2000 to run the vent and he explained to me how complicated it was going to be. I said they could return and complete the job. The guys showed up and mentioned they would be out of there in 2-3 hours. I called the owner to ask for a price breakdown of the $2000. My impression is it would take all day for that high cost. The owner immediately got very aggressive saying they don't do price breakdowns and if he did I wouldn't like his hourly rate. I told him I was more than happy to pay $150/hour since his guys were already there. Id even pay their drive time. He continued to be very upset, yelling at me over the phone. He hung up saying it was pulling his guys off the job. I don't write reviews, I deal with a lot of contractors in my work. I had to leave this one because I don't believe anyone who runs a business should talk to customers like that over a simple concern.

We will always call Butler for HVAC needs. Scott showed up early and was friendly and efficient in diagnosing our issue. Pricing was fair and he answered any and all questions that I had. Diego and the install team also arrived early and they were done installing a whole unit by lunch time. My house is cool again and I couldn't be more grateful for the service we received from Butler.

These are the guys to call. They genuinely care. When they heard my AC was out with a newborn at home, they showed up quick, got parts after hours, and came back to install same day to make sure we were good. There are other companies around that don’t even show up when you make an appointment…Butler will show up. These are the best people in the valley.

Rocky was absolutely amazing! This professional went above and beyond to help me understand what the problem is, and the best ways to get it resolved. In addition, he gained access to the home, with permission, knowing there was a dog in the house without fear. He gave my pup a treat to establish a bond before proceeding to the final tasks of his assignment. His diagnostic of the issue is 100% accurate and completed this task within thirty minutes. Today is June 25, 2024: I don't see how I can make an entire new review without deleting my old one, which I don't want to do. So, here's a NEW review! On a recent Friday night in June, I walked into my house and it felt like a sauna! After trying to figure things out, I called Butler Heating & AC at 9:38pm. The owner answered promptly, listened to my issue and promised to have a technician there first thing Saturday morning. Indeed, Sean (or Shawn?) was there bright & early and was awesome! After exploring all possible issues/solutions, the reality was I needed a new unit. Of course, this is the Saturday it hit 102 degrees in Boise! Thank goodness for basements in 98 year old North End Homes-I survived! An entire team was at my door first thing Monday morning, installed the new unit and ensured all was well! As I said before, Butler is that small business that really puts their customers first, provide exemplary customer service, are efficient, professional and kind. Not sure I can expect anything more! Give them a call! Thanks guys! After purchasing my house in 2013, I called Butler 2 or 3 times for basic routine maintenance. (Being new to the area, I knew nothing about Butler - I just called the number on the sticker on my furnace, which was 17+ years old!) The bottom line is I could not be happier with a service provider! They are AMAZING! Everyone I've come in contact with are committed to their company and their customers, are caring, responsive and professional. Shawna in the Office has always been prompt, friendly, efficient and professional-just a DELIGHT! (Answers the phone late in the evening!) Scott has been to my house several times and always provides wonderful service.He remembers me, my house and is incredibly thorough, polite, friendly and makes things easy! Fast forward to January, 2019....I called on a Monday because my furnace was acting up. Scott was there Tuesday morning and let me know what would be needed to get it up to speed. After talking through things, I came to the decision it was time to replace the entire furnace. Scott didn't try to "sell" me on anything. He did, however, talk me through options and let me make my decision. By Thursday, I had a brand new furnace installed-the house was left immaculately clean-you couldn't tell anyone had been there! They completed the warranty paperwork for me-again, making it EASY! Go with Butler-you will not be disappointed!
