Based on my actual experience and observations, I can highly recommend Easy Heating and Air. I do not extend a recommendation unless an organization has earned my trust by repeatedly exceeding my expectations. More specifically, I base my evaluations of people and organizations on actual performance rather than perception. More importantly, I like to align myself with reliable organizations that are customer-centric, provide adequate and effective solutions, and perform high quality work. In my experience, Easy Heating has been a trustworthy business partner and easy to work with throughout the entire supplier/subcontract process and product lifecycle, from the request for quotation to the provision of preventive maintenance. Easy Heating and Air has executed a number of projects on my rental property ranging in size and complexity from the replacement of a bathroom exhaust fan to the installation of a new residential HVAC system. Easy Heating is transparent in the product scope, project scope, and pricing. In my interactions with Easy Heating and Air, they act like they have my best interest in mind and do not oversell. I feel like each project is planned and completed with the same level of quality and workmanship as if I were a family member of one of their employees. Furthermore, I appreciate the customer service orientation and the attention to detail. Although I have not worked with all the employees at Easy Heating and Air, I can definitely speak for my interactions with Tania, Morgan, and Kelly. In my observations, the personnel are accessible, responsive, competent, professional, and deliver on their commitments. It’s even easier to recommend Easy Heating when one has the perspective gained from suffering through actual, real-world experiences with a few of their so-called competitors. For example, if you prefer “doing business” with a company that wants to sell you a complete residential $25k+ HVAC system, but is unable to identify the manufacturer, model, or associated warranty of the gas furnace and air conditioning unit until AFTER the non-refundable order is placed—Easy Heating is not the company for you. Easy Heating is transparent in the up-front product scope, project scope, and pricing. If you prefer working with companies that fail to show for a scheduled on-site service appointment and do not respond to any type of communication after the fact—Easy Heating is not the company for you. Easy Heating delivers and executes on their commitments. If you avoid speaking to other humans (about a business request or a question) and prefer to “interact” with chatbots or leave unanswered voice mails—Easy Heating is not the company for you. In my experience, the personnel at Easy Heating are readily accessible (via phone or email) and usually follow-up on most inquiries within 1 business day.

I had a mini split system installed. I could not have asked for a better job. So many contractors these days just slap the work in to get the job done and ask for their money not caring about what kind of work they did. Easy Heating and Air was a breath of fresh air {pun intended} from the normal run of the mill contractors. They did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor and use Easy. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Incredible company and team! Someone always answers the phone, they text with updates and work with schedules like pros. We just had to replace our furnace and they were so helpful and educated on what was best for our home and wouldn't die next year. They even called our home warranty company to help us get it approved to be covered. They are quick with repairs and answer our questions. Never a need to find anyone else.

Prefer ZERO stars They were selected by insurance to restore after a fire, the ductwork was not installed correctly The flush valves on the water heater were installed incorrectly so it can’t be flushed The safety features in the furnace were not even hooked up-they told me those were unused sensors

Posting a new review, as I just had another emergency after hours company come in to replace a normal wear and tear part. The technician from Bills mentioned how great of a job everything was setup, specifically that Easy Hearing installed a switch in the ac unit that helped prevent further damage from the normal wear part failure. The technicians from this company were also great when they did work here too. Just thought it important to mention years later another company pointed out how well the original installation was done

When our furnace went out, the technician was out same day & let us borrow two space heaters until they could get out the next day to replace the furnace. My partner chose Easy Heating and Air several years ago for a complete new HVAC system and we have been very impressed with them. I was a little concerned because the proposal was just over half what a larger company in Boise quoted. Whether he calls with a concern, or for scheduled maintenance, they always resolve issues quickly and professionally. When I was flying into the country last week, I received a panicked text from my property manager stating the HVAC was out in my rental house. I called Easy and Morgan went out the same night and sent me an itemized proposal (while still on layover), which was VERY much lower than the estimate the property manager obtained from another company, so I decided to add a new a/c unit at this time as well. They got the work done immediately and Regan was wonderful getting everything handled on the billing. Highly recommend Easy Heating.

Called them a few days ago because our AC unit wouldn't turn on with new Nest Thermostat I installed in February. The technician came and spent two hours on a Friday (Memorial Day holiday weekend) evening trouble-shooting the system. Found a random short near the control board. Thankful for the quick appointment and perseverance of the technician. We also had them install a gas line to our outdoor fireplace a few months ago for a reasonable price and it was done professionally and timely. They service our HVAC system yearly. Definitely recommend this company. They are excellent.

We have hired East Heating and Air multiple times to help with our heating and air conditioning needs. We found them when our gas heater gave up the ghost about four years ago in Caldwell . They were one of about 4 contractors we spoke to. We found them to be knowledgeable, reliable, professional and fairly priced. They didn’t do any arm twisting, they didn’t hound us, the helped us immensely! They are always “Johnny on the spot” and that has remained consistent throughout the years. We moved to a new home and it also needed a new system and they helped us with that too. I also purchased the annual maintenance program because they come out and do our AC and heat checks in the spring and fall without fail. I highly recommend Easy Heating and Air.
