Terrible experience!! 5 years ago we thought we selected the best small business to install our brand new AC. They raved about being dependable and reputable - 5 years later our evap Coil has malfunctioned and they want over $3200 to do just the labor on the part that is "under Warranty" I called around and found another company to install the part that we would receive "free" as it is included in the warranty - only to find out they never registered our AC warranty and so we cannot get the part we need. We now are stuck using them and paying $3200.00 or going with another company where we would have to purchase the part and pay the labor...($2600) hmmm. Funny how the part and labor with another company is almost the same price as just the "Labor" quote from Access Heating. So much for them being a company that you want to continue doing business with. This has been a nightmare. I have called and they have stopped calling back now that I have found their mistake that is going to cost me thousands. What a Huge disappointing situation!!! I would NEVER recommend this company. I have tried to get information so I could handle the warranty claim myself and get the part replaced but they won't help, I have called Lennox and tried to get the part that should be covered but they have no records of my AC and it's warranty. So sad.

Tyson arrived exactly on time. He greeted us with a big smile, introduction and handshake. He recapped why he understood himself to be at our house and asked if he was missing anything before he even began. He was ready to listen! Jumped in on the project immediately and got not only the initial issue fixed but another part of our AC that was out too. Tyson made giving this company my money very easy! Once again, Access Plumbing is doing an excellent job installing 3 new vessel sinks and hooked up the kitchen sink plumbing the same day we had new countertops installed. The connections for the vessel sinks we chose need special fittings (of courseš) and they made several calls to locate what we need and they will be completed today. I have always been extremely pleased with the priority attention Access HVAC and Plumbing give us; from the person answering the phone to the professional and respectful service representatives that do the work!

The Access specialist Tyson was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, comfortable to be around & very easy to talk to. Thank you Tyson for your uplifting, pleasant personality. This was just a yearly inspection visit. I pay a one time a year fee for the inspection & testing of my A/C & Furnace. Jeremy & Zeke were here in my home today doing a plumbing inspection. They were very polite, respectful & professional. I appreciated the knowledge they have about their profession. The work they did for me was very well done & quickly. I appreciate them very much.

Found hot water heater leaking that was discovered on Sunday. I called emergency hotline they said they couldnāt get back to me until Monday. I talked to them on Monday the tech showed up on Monday to evaluate the situation and could not get me a new water heater installed until Friday. They called me on Monday afternoon and said the water heater replacement will occur on Tuesday which was great news for us. The technicians were professional and on time the whole 9 yards. Tyson was very nice completed all the A/C updates needed. I forgot to post this at the time work done. Now today had the annual plumbing inspection. Jeremy was very helpful explaining technical things to me. As always I am very happy with the entire staff!
