  • We saw your commercial on tv advertising a deal of a full system HVAC tuneup of $59 with a FREE smart thermostat. We were able to get on your schedule for the very next day (Saturday). We received texts letting us know when our technician would arrive and a call from our technician when he was about 15 minutes away. Our technician was Raphael and from start to finish was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with great enthusiasm. We will definitely be working with Bill's Heating & AC from this point on and letting our friends & neighbors know about this company as well.

He assured me that I could wait a few more months until we service it. He saved us money and was very forthcoming with the information. He solved our issues quickly, he recognized a faulty part was not wired correctly from the original installer and repaired it. Our unit works perfectly now.
