We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job this company did for us. Before hiring them, we had six different HVAC companies come out to look at our system, and they stood out by far, as the most knowledgeable and professional. Several other companies didn’t even bother to call us back. This was not an easy installation. Our HVAC unit was original to our townhouse (about 48 years old), which made replacing it particularly challenging. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing and were willing and able to get underneath the home and do what was necessary to complete the installation properly. From beginning to end, we felt confident that we had finally found people who understood our system and knew how to handle a difficult job. The difference in knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and value compared with the other companies we dealt with was remarkable. We are extremely happy with the work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company. After talking with six other companies, I can say without hesitation that choosing this company was the right decision for us.

I’ve had 9 Different heating air conditioning companies come out the last two I’m not gonna say their names were horrible and I spent over $1000 with no results Scott. The owner of Air Care came out spent an hour and 45 minutes and didn’t charge us to diagnose a problem and got us up and running I highly recommend Air Care New Mexico if anybody has any issues with their AC or home heating unit he’s honest fair and very responsible. we’re very lucky to find him. It just sucks that we had to go through eight different companies.

This was the first time I used Air Care New Mexico and I was very impressed! The office answered the phone on the first ring AND she was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. I sell real estate and I deal with many HVAC companies and this is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had. The technician, Nick Baldonado knew EVERYTHING about my 15 year old refrigerated Carrier unit, that would not come on. He took it all apart, installed a new capacitator and a new controller and cleaned the whole thing. He explained everything to me and not only was he technically proficient, he can talk to clients! I really appreciated the fact that Air Care NM REPAIRED my refrigerated air unit instead of immediately suggesting that I buy a new one. They were great!
