  • Danial came out a third tiime to address a AC issue...this time when the temps were exceeding mid -high 90s. we had replced the capacitor, added Puron, and treated the unit with AC renew. this time the fan motor died adn was replaaced. throught the entire process Danial was professional, knowledgable and informative about what was going on. since the fan motor replacement the AC has been running clean and effiently thanks to a more efficient morot, which negated the need for the capacitor. I have enjoyed a cooler home and it has been comfortable . I recommend Danial and Baker House to anyone needing an HVAC sercvice of any kind...and to my realtor friends please consider Danial for any remodeling or replacment and maintenance needs.

  • I had a great experience with BakerHouse Service. My old rooftop evap cooler failed during a hot holiday weekend, and they were able to fit me in on a Sunday and replace the entire unit. Communication throughout the process was excellent, they were clear about the work that needed to be done, and they worked with me to stay within my budget. They removed a very old, badly corroded unit, installed the new cooler, and caught and resolved an issue with the existing control switch during testing. The new cooler is running quietly and working great. I also really appreciate the one-year labor warranty and the detailed invoice explaining exactly what was included. Everyone was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, and the communication was some of the best I’ve had with a home-service company. I was dealing with a stressful situation and really appreciated how straightforward they made the whole process. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need HVAC work in the future. Highly recommend.

I had Daniel come out for a second opinion after another company told me there was an issue with the air-conditioning compressor and that I was potentially looking at a very expensive repair or replacement. Daniel thoroughly checked everything and couldn’t find anything wrong with the compressor and determined that the system was running properly. He was very helpful in explaining everything to me and even came back later that afternoon to double-check how the system was running. I really appreciated the honest assessment and the extra effort.
