Bryan Stevenson and his assistant, Hector, showed up at 8AM to install a new mini-split in our great room. They were really friendly, listened to our needs and got right to work! It was very hot day, well over 100° when they went up on the roof to set up the compressor. After about 4 hours total, they completed the job and took the time to show us how to work the remote, with great smiles. Thanks to both Bryan and Hector!

We scheduled a proactive maintenance tune-up with Daniels, who installed the system for a prior owner. We had experienced no issues with the system. The technician cleaned the coil, found a failed capacitor, and installed a Turbo 200X capacitor and start assist. The charge was $831.40 on a single, non-itemized line. The same Turbo 200X capacitor sells for about $80 on Amazon. I contacted Daniels and gave them an opportunity to explain both the invoice and their pricing. I was told a manager would call me. No manager ever did. I also noticed that the one-star reviews I found repeatedly mention excessive pricing, which unfortunately is consistent with my experience. $831 for a routine maintenance visit that resulted in a new capacitor is an extraordinary charge, more than the benchmark for Albuquerque, and well above industry standards. The lack of itemization and the failure to respond when I asked for an explanation make this even more concerning. I would strongly advise homeowners to get a second opinion and an itemized estimate before authorizing any repair with Daniels. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

The technician, Saul Orozco, was very good at diagnosing and explaining the problem with my heat pump unit. It was simply a blockage due to me not cleaning the filter enough, so he cleaned it out and showed me how to remove and wash the filters on the inside units as well as how to wash off the outside unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!

I want to recognize Chris, my technician, he replaced the recirculation pump for my domestic hot water heater. I called at 6:38 a.m., Chris called me back at 7:06 a.m., and by approximately 7:30 a.m. he was already at my house. That level of responsiveness was incredible. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done, and why. From my first phone call through completion of the repair, the entire experience was outstanding.

I was very pleased with the excellent and professional work they did. Jose and David arrived on time and finished the job very fast. Called Daniels as they’re the only certified Bryant dealer in this state and our unit wasn’t working on Sunday. While I greatly appreciate the technician getting us back up and running (still not entirely sure what was wrong other than we were told we need a new unit), our thermostat was broken by the technician. Since it wasn’t seated back properly (you can see black smudges from the technician’s hands - my picture) two buttons broke on the side and now it doesn’t touch the terminal, so we’re unable to program our temps for the fall/winter - this worked earlier in the day and the evening before. Additionally, two terminal wires (B and C) came completely out (techs own pictures show C not within the terminal). We spent an additional $400 for a replacement (which Daniels should be on the hook for but doubt they’ll make it right) on top of the $700 service call ($250 of the $700 being after hours). Disappointing that a tech fixed one thing and broke another. Don’t think I’ll hire this company to replace our entire unit.

Needed my old water softener removed because it was leaking, called Daniels and they set me up with Chase Waite. My time slot was for 1:00-5:00, he called me at 12:30 and advised he was on his way. When he arrived I showed him the softener. He told me it he would loop the water line and put in a shutoff valve. He tested everything and it all was fine, he was very friendly and he helped remove the old softener and also helped me remove a gas dryer out of my truck. I really appreciated it
