I had a water leak, and I needed it fixed quick. I called Donner Plumbing on a Mon. morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes. Robert and Ricardo seized the moment and new exactly what to do. They froze the pipe so I would not have to shut down the whole facility. I did not know that you could do that. They saved the day. :-)

Can't recommend at all would give 0 stars if I could. They installed a water heater and it took them from October 2025 through till March 2026 to "finish" but they never reconnected the gas or tested their work and charged us over $6000 and we now have another contractor fixing there incompetent installation to hopefully get a functional hot water heater.

I am being harassed for a $150 charge despite the fact that no service was ever performed. I sent a formal notice of "no service" to the company, and I even have email records from the owner verifying that no services were rendered. Despite this written confirmation from their own management, the billing department continues to demand payment. It is incredibly unprofessional to pursue a customer for money when your own records show the job never happened. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumbing company that practices honest billing and better internal communication.

My husband and I recently had an issue with the plumbing in our laundry room and contacted this company on Sunday, November 2nd. We spoke with Tristan, who informed us that since it was after hours, there would be a two-hour minimum charge of $500.00. He also mentioned he would have another technician assist him with snaking the line. We agreed to those terms. After completing the work, which included replacing a spigot, Tristan attempted to charge us $1,300 for both technicians and for three hours of work, completely different from what was discussed over the phone. I contacted the supervisor, Quinton, and provided the exact times that Tristan arrived and left, which totaled only 54 minutes. I was told the matter would be reviewed, but I have yet to receive a follow-up. This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. I feel taken advantage of, especially since my husband was not present at the time. I would caution others to carefully verify all charges and communication before agreeing to any services. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. 0 stars if I could.
