I would like to commend both Vince Brothers and Stephen Brothers for their Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning services. We have always been very satisfied with the Brothers Electro Mechanical Inc quality of workmanship, diligence and courteous service. Over a year ago they arrived to replace our furnace and hot water heater, ensuring these two items met or exceeded the most current code requirements. First off, the workers rebuilt and re-enforced our HVAC inside wooden equipment platform. They also fixed several air leaks in the heater duct work unresolved by a previous (different) contractor. Their workers were very careful, courteous employees and kept things clean and orderly while completing the job. They have always showed up on time and completed their work tasks in a quite efficient manner. The total charge for all of these services was surprisingly low, and significantly lower than another bid we had received. In mid May David arrived around 8:30 am to do the spring change over from winter heater to summer evaporative cooler maintenance and service. He completed the job in a professional and timely fashion. The work included shutting down the Lennox furnace and its gas and power; installing a metal damper plate over the furnace duct work track; cleaning the roof evaporative cooler pan; running a new water line on the roof; installing and adjusting a replacement water-level float; filling the water pan; installing the fan belt; oiling the fan bearings; setting up both the water pump and purge pump, the latter helps insure that fresh, clean water is dispensed after 8 hours of pump operation; setting up overflow/purge drainage water hose to disperse off of roof area to our rain barrel container; and tested overall operation. Sure enough, works flawlessly. Thank you, David. Job well done.

Single women beware!!! Salesman gives hard pitch for unessesary extra work (e.g. adding a new water heater to an AC replacement estimate) that you may not know that you don't need). Overpriced bid by a lot! Stay away from this shady company there are a lot of more honest options in town.
