My experience with Dylan and Anderson air corps was great. They went out of their way to communicate a clear time that they would arrive, worked hard when there and were very courteous and friendly throughout. He communicated well, and fixed each issue, answering all questions.

The technician arrived early he knew what he was doing after The diagnosis he had to go pick up a part , we were charged for a whole hour worth of labor when it really only took him 30 minutes I called and spoke with a Mike and he was gonna get it taken care of. Will use them again.

The install team were exceptionally polite. They explained everything in great detail. Each day they made sure the area was clean and any materials they left were organized. I was told they were just following the contract, but it appeared they were going above and beyond to insure the final product was top notch.

Had two of three 20+ Carrier units fail mid July. Received a quick and reasonable estimate 7/17. Signed the contract and deposited 50% on 7/22. Wanted to get A/C on ASAP. First availability was two weeks later 8/10. Limped along with window units for two weeks. Called twice to confirm date on my own. Installation started all the units were being removed and prepped for installation but crane was double booked somehow. Last and only working unit was disconnected during the prep. Had to wait another day without any working A/C units. Following day crew worked hard and stayed late until 6:30pm installing the 3 units the following day. Using my existing Nest thermostat there was a wiring issue for the last unit. Thermostat would cycle on and off due to a wiring error code. Crew was tired after a long day. Recommended a new thermostat to solve the issue and to call if the problem persisted. I bought replacement thermostat for all 3 units. Called next day to have a service tech to come back to install the replacement thermostats. They installed the new thermostats for an additional $300. 9/2/26 Lowering from 3 to 2 stars. Poor communication more issues and no solutions. After thermostat was replaced I had a new problem with airflow to my entire bedroom. No issues with airflow existed prior to install. They aren't responsible for existing duct work, but failed to identify the issue or solution at any point. Will begin to work with another HVAC company since i have lost confidence in their work slow response times.

I have a maintenance agreement with Anderson Air. They installed my new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner a couple of years ago. Today was my a/c maintenance. My service person was professional, friendly, showed me how to take better care of my system. I highly recommend Anderson Air for your installation and maintenance needs.

Joe, the technician who serviced my mini-splits was quiet, diligent, thorough and expert. He put my mind completely at ease. All I want to do in life is find problem-solvers like Joe I can call to fix things that are going wrong. I can't guarantee you'll get Joe if you call Anderson Air Corps, but you for sure won't get him if you call another company. This is going to be my go-to company for HVAC service in the future. Another problem solved.
