I’ve been using Airpro for years. They always deliver fast and very friendly knowledgeable service. Their technicians are wonderful and have helped us out in numerous emergencies at my house, Airbnb and rentals, with AC issues, furnace replacement, swamp cooler etc. they provide rapid, friendly, knowledgeable service every time! In the decade+ since we installed the system, we get a maintenance service call twice a year, and the amount below covers both. We have only had one major issue where we needed a new part, and the tech handled that quickly. I have never regretted replacing my swamp cooler and old forced air heating, and AirPro has a lot do with that.

After getting multiple quotes, Josh at AirPro gave me the most cost effective quote to replace my water heater/boiler for my hot water and radiant heater. The two techs, Alan and Jose did did an awesome job replacing the water heater/boiler, circulating pump, expansion tanks and miscellaneous items to bring all the plumbing to code. I'm 100% happy with the work!

Incredibly disappointed with Air Pro. I hired them December to install an 18k BTU mini split in my studio and it went so wonderfully, I left a raving review and recommended them to all my friends (two of whom hired them for their mini split installs). We received two quotes: one for a Carrier 18k system for just over $6.5k and the other for a Daikin they quoted us for $4.5k. we were in a financial pinch, so we went with the Daikin since it was cheaper. Mike was responsive and awesome with communication and then Isaac came for the installation and did a fantastic job. I notified them that I was renovating a casita on the same property and that I would be hiring them again for the same service once it was complete. Cut to 7 months later and we happily reach out to Air Pro for a quote thinking the price would be around the same as the last time. It was a new guy who quoted $9,806 for the exact same 18k BTU Carrier system I was quoted $6.5k only seven months ago. Almost $3k more. I asked him if they still did Daikin installs to see if we could get a cheaper price and his response was "We are a factory authorized Carrier dealer." I was confused because they had just installed a Daikin in my studio 7 months ago which I informed him of. His response was "I can definitely make that happen." 12 days later I'm writing this review after hearing nothing back from him for almost two weeks. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and I'm sorry to say I will not be using Air Pro or recommending them again. My suggestion to people looking for good service and a little bit cheaper prices would be to reach out to Air Tech or NCB Mechanical as they offer the same quality of services for $1.5-2.5k cheaper. I'm still leaving 2 stars, though, because I am still happy about my Daikin and my previous experience with Mike and Isaac.

Very honest and did an amazing job. Your company is our company for now on. We had wagners for 7 years always having problems with a new system we bought from them. They came out told us we need $ 4000 to fix our system we needed new motor and circuit broad and it was all a lie. Your guy fixed it , is working perfect our motor had been unpluged and a wire loosed. Can’t believe how dishonest Wagner was and so grateful to airpor that we will be having do all of our servicing . A million thanks to my friend that told me about Airpro. Thank you so much

Airpro gave the best estimate to install a new tankless water heater and their estimator Josh was very informative and answered all my questions. I also had great service from Peter who tried to clean the lines on the older tankless water heater and he did a great job on maintenance care for my central heating and cooling system…. I am so happy that my husband found Air Pro. We had several other companies come to our house to hear their thoughts on our HVAC systems and get bids. Josh came out and suggested that to have the HVACs work more efficiently and properly, we needed to ready our house etc and then arranged those involved to make the repairs (outside companies or we could have gone rogue). On the day that our HVACs were to be installed, we received a call that one of the new HVACs did not meet their satisfaction and needed to be returned and re-ordered. Instead of canceling us, we were asked if they can install only one that day or would we want to wait and install both at a later date. Most companies, I am sure, would have canceled the initial date to save on resources. But not Air Pro. They came, determined which HVAC replacement would serve us best and installed it. Peter helped install it and stayed late to make sure all went well. He also checked in the following day with us. At another date, Peter and Jose came and placed in our second HVAC. Again, Peter stayed to make sure our unit was doing great. Use Air Pro as you will not be sorry!
