my ac went out yesterday. I called late afternoon, and they scheduled a technician for 11:00 THIS morning. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me 2 hours earlier and was available. He very efficiently diagnosed the issue and replaced the part, then did the annual clean and check, preventative service. Later today I got a call from the owner to let me know that the part was under warranty and he will refund the money I paid. This is an honest company. I wish there were more than 6 stars available Update... we have moved into a new home. The ac died on a Friday evening. We have a warranty from seller, but they were a week out to come by. I opted to use all engineered, and they came within 1 day of my call. Problem resolved. Happy wife, happy customer. Update. Just had a pre winter clean and checked. Again very professional

Avi, Caleb and Chase from All Engineered HVAC came yesterday to relocate and install our new AC unit. They arrived at around 8 AM and were not through until after 4:30 PM. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything very thoroughly. They wanted to make sure that everything was working well and when we came home after a funeral, the home was cooled and everything was working well. We would highly recommend All Engineered HVAC. We have a home warranty, and even though this could have been covered, we wouldn't use anyone else other than All Engineered AVAC for our heating and cooling needs! They are reasonable, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough!

You have always been very good in the past. This time Joe simply was not equipped to do the work as I had to give him the tools and help him cut down the ceiling. Also, I had pretty much diagnosed the problem myself but I thought that I should have you guys look at it. Next time I would prefer to have Avi come here. It is just this particular service call. You guys have a fantastic business and overall you're five star.

Very unreliable company. My appointment window was 12:30–1:00 PM, and no one ever showed up. I spent my day waiting around for service that never came, with no technician arriving during the scheduled time. If you value your time and need dependable service, I would think twice before booking with this company. A scheduled appointment should mean something, and customers should not be left waiting all day with no service.
