• I had to get a new water heater after the August 2026 storms caused massive basement flooding. My insurance was taking **forever** to get anything processed or approved. Apex was able to give me a quote quickly (it was comparable to Eco Plumbers and Buckeye Heating and Cooling quotes I also had to get for insurance), schedule me quickly, and also work with me on payment as I waited for insurance to do its job. I talked to Brandon over the phone for payment options, and he was able to help me find an option I was comfortable with and get me scheduled for next-day installation. Trevor came out for the initial quote, and they made sure he was one of the two employees scheduled to do the installation for me, as well. That's a small detail, but I appreciate it. The actual replacement was quick and efficient, maybe 2 hours total. Everyone I interacted with via phone, email, or in-person was professional and prompt to reply/get back to me. Another plus, they have an online option for scheduling a quote, which I really appreciated as I was having to deal with insurance, mold remediation, cleanup, and a long-planned out of town trip at the same time. One less person to call while having to look at my calendar just made initiating the process so much easier.

• This review is quite overdue but I did not want to go without posting it. We had some pretty severe and extreme damage from the storms that went through recently that required electricians for repair. We called Apex, Sam and Kody came out that afternoon and gave us an idea of what we were dealing with in terms of workload and price. The price was very fair for the amount of work that they were going to have to do. Once we were ready to have the work done, we called and requested Sam and Kody as we were very impressed with them when they came just to look at what they were dealing with. They were not only on time but early, very professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. We scheduled for them to come out, they went straight to work and we had to twist their arm to take a moment and have some lunch that we provided out of appreciation for their hard work. They were respectful of our property, tidied up everything and left it just as we had it before and we could not have asked for a better team to come out and do all the work that we had to have done. They work very well as a team and we were extremely pleased with their hard work and they're above and beyond attitudes. We would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. • Initially, I called Apex Pro to get an estimate to replace three bathroom vanity lights. I was informed that an electrician would need to come out and see what all needed to be done at no cost. The estimate was way beyond what I expected - $1,000 +. Unfortunately, I had a tight deadline that I needed to get the job done. If not for the time crunch, I would have gone with another company. One positive experience I would like to share. The Electrician did a great job.

• We had a catastrophic draining pipe issue, and Justin at Apex Pros did an amazing job to fix it. What we initially thought would be an easy fix turned into ripping out 15-20 feet of concrete in my basement. Justin was able to shift his schedule to work 3 days in a row to get the repair done asap. He was very considerate of my house, laying down plastic to keep it clean. He also fully cleaned the area once he was done. It took less than a week to identify and fully fix the problem. I would recommend Justin to whoever has plumbing issues. 10/10

• Overpriced. 15 minutes for $453.00 Just to tell me they cant fix the issue. CCS came out today, snaked the drain in 15 minutes and charged me $399.00. I did ask APEX first to come out again, but they said they would need to charge me another $453.00. Apex has a nice racket going. Use CCS for your plumbing needs. Response to 10/6/26 owner response: This is not true. I responded to an advertisement for a free assessment.That is what I received. No se I received no services. All of a sudden it's $453.00 for aq service call. The technician spent more time in the parking lot filling out paperwork than he did in my basement. Can the owner tell me what services were performed for $453.00? The technician told me he could not snake the drain because he was worried about creating damage to the underground pipe. That is an assessment. CCS was able to do it with no problems. If you don't provide a service you should not be billing for a service call. Deceptive advertising! When I have time this will be reported to the BBB. Always used APEX before and was satisfied.
