• Amazing work! Want to take a moment and give a shout out to this company. I got the opportunity to speak to the owner Cody who remembered me from a precious service he over saw at my house. He immediately got me scheduled and sent out Keaton Ellis to do an evaluation and pricing on a new AC unit. She was not pushy whatsoever and allowed me to ask numerous questions. She was able to answer every single of them without hesitation and was upfront about everything. After deciding on a unit she got me scheduled in roughly 24 hours for install. On the day of installation they sent one of their experienced journeymen, Tylence Rombach to complete the install along with an apprentice who I unfortunately can’t remember his name. They arrived at 0830 and busted their ass the entire day to remove my old unit, pack it and haul it off, install the new one, run all new lines, and install a new thermostat (even readjusted it on my wall with my old one being to low) without any complaints or issues all with a smile the entire time. They even corrected some duct work that wasn’t aligned properly in my attic free of charge to ensure I had proper airflow. This is the SECOND time I’ve used this company for two very different projects. I will continue to use them as they have done an amazing job and have had excellent customer service. Thank you guys again for all the work and being extremely professionally.

• Met the owner Cody at the Home and garden Show- well met his son first!!! Nice family! Planned to start using them for HVAC, but I knew they did plumbing as well. Ended up having to have a slab leak repaired —-and was pleasantly surprised that they do that work as well!! They had a leak detection guy they recommended so he marked the area in the main bathroom. The guys came out and rerouted the hot water line overhead (I’ve had SEVERAL slab leaks over the 50 years I’ve lived here) but this was the first time we took it overhead. Soooo much easier and wayyy less mess than digging up the floor, and then repairing that!! They were done in a couple of hours. Great job Shayde and Shawn!

• I’ve had them out multiple times to fix my plumbing backup issue and they keep saying this or that is the problem, but their “fix” never fixes the issue. They said they would put a note on my account that said the next time it backs up, to call them and they will have someone come out immediately and not charge a diagnostic fee. So when it happened again, I called them and they gave me push back saying that note wasn’t on the account and would charge a diagnostic fee. They eventually agreed to come out and then, once again, all they did was snake the line and charge me another $400 for that. They said they felt it was a ventilation issue and they would come out the next week with the supervisor to get a final diagnosis and quote for repair. They never called or showed up. I keep getting requests for surveys ok how they did, and I’ve had enough at this point. I highly don’t recommend.
