• We had a new heating & air conditioning unit installed by Americool 8 years ago and have kept a yearly maintenance agreement since that time. It was a good decision. We have had excellent service. Twice a year maintenance checks have taken care of minor potential problems and when we did have a breakdown with air conditioning, they came out immediately. They took care of the issue and explained to us what went wrong. The techs have always been responsive, knowledgeable, polite and just good guys. We would definitely recommend AmeriCool!

• We needed our 27-year-old downstairs AC unit and both furnaces (down and upstairs) replaced. They were the original ones when the house was built. So, off to google I go to search for HVAC companies. After, reading the reviews (I LOVE reviews) I pick three companies to come and give me estimates. The owner Mr. Chip Wells with Americool came out and looked at what we wanted. He was fair and honest. We had our upstairs AC unit ONLY replaced less than 10 years ago and I was just going to rip out everything and get all new and matching units. Chip asked me why? He said, " I wouldn't if I, were you? I mean if you want, I can replace it, but why there is nothing wrong with this unit?" No upselling from this guy and he was so honest other companies would have had me replacing everything! I actually had one of the companies on the list tell me that, " it needed to be replaced!" Americool technicians came to install two days later both Roy and Dennis were incredible. They did very neat work and cleaned up after they were done. Chip (the owner) even stopped by while they were here doing the install to make sure everything was going smoothly. I can't say enough great things about Americool other than if you need a new furnace, AC unit, hot water tank anything HVAC related you better give these guys a call! They were incredible and they took excellent care of me!! Thanks, Americool for a job well done :)
