• After living with an inefficient HVAC system for years, calling Anderson Air for a second opinion was the best decision I could have made. Performance of the current setup was inadequate to keep up so I reached out to my prior company which gave little hope for a reasonable solution. They serviced the unit for 7 years and again I asked the same question - how can we make this more efficient. Their answer, the same - mini splits, citing a crawlspace that supposedly couldn’t support proper ductwork. That’s when I called Terrel Anderson. Terrel took one look and proposed something completely different: remove the ductwork entirely and install a properly vented ductwork system. The difference has been dramatic, our home now holds the desired temperature well, consistently, for the first time in owning the home. On top of getting the technical solution right, Anderson Air was flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, and moved fast through what was a large project. Wish I had called them years sooner.

• This company doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. They don’t call or come when they say they will . The lady who answered the phone is very rude and the man who got on the phone after her is the worst . Neither would give their names. I was approved from Social Services for them to fix my heat and was assigned this company. The man said that they don’t have to help me if they don’t want to. The tech came out on January 8 and say he would be back on Monday and never showed or called . The owner needs new office staff unless he doesn’t care either, In that case just keep the staff you have

• Very frustrating dealing with Anderson. Three separate visits over the course of a month for problem diagnosis. And of course multiple diagnostic fees. During this month, abysmal communication not only with me, but between their own staff. They repeatedly scheduled visits without consulting me, leading to rescheduling and delays in repair. When we were able to get an appointment scheduled, they no showed without a courtesy call. I understand jobs run longer than expected, but give me a call to let me know. When I reached out a day later, I was told they would send someone out that day. Again, no show, no call. When I AGAIN called that same day I was assured someone was still coming. No show. No call. I asked to speak to a manager/GM/supervisor at the end of this debacle, to voice my concerns and hopefully resolve them. Believe it or not, no call. So instead, here is a poor review. The actual service technicians were fine, but I would not recommend Anderson to anyone after this nightmare. Two stars for reasonable pricing (gave me small discount for the bullshit) and my problem ultimately being fixed, but I am incredibly unhappy with my experience.

• Horrible experience with this company. Signed up for their maintenance plan and they had a tech come out and tell me one of my units needed to be replaced b/c it was leaking freon. Got a 2nd opinion and found out that was completely untrue also found out they had left my gas turned off on my furnace under the house when my heat stopped working a few days later. They promised to reimburse me for these service fees. Never happened. Will never use this company EVER again. They are scam artists!

• What an experience!! I have been a customer with Anderson Air for over 22 years and I cannot believe my current experience. My unit was fixed this past summer and I was told that I would need to call again to get the heat fixed. This was after paying $650. The cost to come out to fix the heat was $750. They came out to fix the heating unit, paid the $750, then was told I had to pay another $750 to get the gas line replaced due to a gas leak. Needless to say I was very angry. However, I phoned and phoned to speak to Mr. Anderson and he did not get back to me. Meanwhile, it was quite cold! Yesterday, I phoned Michael & Sons to come out and take a look. The service guy checked the system and found no gas leaks!!! The charge for this service was $89.00. Thank you Michael & Sons!
