We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Anthem Heating & Cooling! Their team is always friendly, professional, and provides great customer service. Most recently, they came out to tune up our geothermal system and mini split before heading into the colder months. We mentioned that our mini split had been freezing up last winter, and they took the time to really diagnose the issue. They cleaned the filters, checked the refrigerant charge, and discovered it wasn’t fully defrosting during its normal cycles. They were able to make an adjustment that should help it fully defrost during heating operation this winter. We really appreciated that they didn’t just do the tune-up and move on. They took the time to figure out what was actually causing the problem. We’ve also used Anthem for an HVAC issue at one of our rental properties. They were quick to get out there, diagnose the problem, and help us figure out what needed to be done. Every interaction we’ve had with their team has been friendly, helpful, and easy. It’s great having a local HVAC company we can trust for both our own home and our rental property. We would definitely recommend Anthem Heating & Cooling!

Marshall came out this morning diagnosed the problem and called Dylan with the part we needed and Dylan was able to find us the part in just a few minutes!!! Marshall went and picked up the part came back and installed said part and now I have heat!!!! So thankful to this company for their swift response and fixing the problem!!! Marshall was so helpful and courteous in explaining the problem so I could understand!!! I highly recommend them and Anthem Heating!! I will not use anyone else!!! Highly recommend Anthem, Dylan and Marshal were great when assessing the job and explained what they were doing. We went with them to replace 2 units and 2 water heaters. Extremely satisfied with the job they did. I can be very nit-picky with jobs and I couldn't find anything wrong with their installation and clean up. They even saw a external sump tube that was disconnected and attached. Highly recommend them.
