Hottest day of the year so far. Central air went out. Called left a message before hours. Shortly after opening rec'd a call. Explained the problem. Within four hours the problem was fixed, a new part installed, and we were on our way to being as cool as we were. NOAH, our service guy, quickly diagnosed the issue. The dear lady who answered my call was helpful, cheery, upbeat and professional. All this at a very fair and reasonable price. Think we are happy? You bet we're happy. Thanks, Citywide! When it's time for a new system, we have you on speed dial.

I called City Wide to diagnose a blinking light on my water heater, which was still working and producing hot water. The technician began working on it without explaining what he was doing or getting my approval. During the visit, my water heater stopped working completely, and I was told I needed a new one for about $3,000. After leaving my previously working water heater inoperable, City Wide expected me to pay far more than the quoted service-call fee.

Very impressed with everything. I called and the lady was very nice, explaining that it might be difficult to fit me in same day (a Friday), but she would try. Later in the day I called her to ask if there was any chance and that I would be willing to pay emergency rate if they could come Saturday morning. We planned on Saturday but then at 4.30 she called to say a technician got done early and could get there in 30 minutes. The company could have easily waited till morning and charged additional fee. David arrived and explained what he was doing, got work completed quickly so not to waste my money. David was very polite and represented City Wide very professionally. My wife now has air conditioning and my life is much better - did I tell you I forgot to call yesterday? :-)

By far one of the BEST companies we’ve dealt with. We had several issues with the installation of our dehumidifier and city wide was prompt to send a technician out every time to make things right. They were responsive and kind. I can’t say enough good things!

We had a pipe from the AC unit leaking water and David came out and repaired it quickly and gave us some useful tips to avoid this issue from reoccurring in the future — he’s a very professional, knowledgeable & friendly young gentleman. I've been without a water heater for several days and called this company because they have a sticker on the unit. They caused a bit of a fuss about it because I am a renter, and ultimately, I have decided to go elsewhere. I'm not going to argue with a service company over whether or not I need hot water in my home. If I call to get it fixed, it is because it needs done. I am in pretty close contact with the landlord. A company that dismisses me so simply is not worth my time. Also worth noting: their sticker didn't have an area code on it. It is the 21st century, and the unit was manufactured in 2019. We do not all share an area code on our phones, so a sticker is useless on its own without. Edit: To be clear, this company did not mention anything about authorization. They argued with me about getting reimburment from the landlord. I never asked for such a thing. If I am calling you, it is because I intend to pay you for your services. I'm glad I didn't set up anything with this company. Go somewhere else.

Last week we needed help with a furnace and they sent Grant out to take a look and we were so pleased with his work. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem and told us how to prevent it from happening in the future. He was on time, personable, efficient, and explained everything I needed to know. You may need to wait for routine service because City Wide is one of the few not bought up by a big corporation but - believe me - the wait is worth it. When we’ve needed quick service they always delivered.

Absolutely terrible, everyone I spoke with was extremely rude. Terrible communication throughout their team. Service guy who came to my house seemed annoyed he had to be there and appeared frustrated when I asked questions. Quoted me 1200 for the part that was broken and then stated it would be around 2000 with labor. Ended up finding the part online for 578 and had someone install for much cheaper. Also stated "Yeah people usually just need to get a new furnace at this point, that's gonna be about 5,000 plus labor." They are a dishonest company who only care about getting as much money from you as they can.

The tech was rude and didn’t do his job. He charged me more than double than his quote and refused to guarantee his work. They did not resolve the issue and refused to make it right-and then billed me $2500. I do not recommend this company and all consumers beware-they are crooks!
