Apollo was recommended to us by a trusted man in the Omaha community, after a terrible service experience from a company that is a well known local HVAC company. Jacob from Apollo arrived promptly and on time. He was very sympathetic for our situation. We were victims of the flood and were hit with multiple expensive home repair bills simultaneously because of the water. Jacob is very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the possible requirements needed to get our HVAC running correctly. He gave us options on what we needed to replace and what parts might still operate for several years. He left the choice up to us and I really appreciated it. Then he installed the new circuit board. Checked all the wiring. Checked all of the connections until everything worked properly. The natural gas flames ignited the air conditioner, interior control and our exterior compressor operated well. I appreciated everything Jacob did. I would recommend Apollo heating and air conditioning very highly. They were honest in their assessment and allowed us to make the decision. And then they executed our decision with an exacting precision. Perhaps in the future we may need a new blower but we will be calling Apollo when it is time for that. Highly recommended. I'd like to give a loud shout out to the plumbing crews that worked on our major plumbing issues. Apollo recently aquired American Plumbing and retained the American Plumbing personel. Avery, Jared, and Bradyn were part of the inside and outside crews on the scene and performed a big, big job in a most outstanding manner. My wife and I knew this was going to be stressful, as we live in an old house built in 1894. The old sewer pipes had to be replaced with a pipe burst method and basement flooring had to be cut to replace old rotten cast iron buried underneath. Everyone of those guys were congenial, concerned, and informative of the process during the efforts. I can't say enough about their efforts, and would not hesitate to rely upon them in the future.

Jacob R. did a phenomenal job with our quote and was extremely patient with explaining details of the job to be done and financing. He was able to schedule the job the next day, which was GREATLY appreciated as the weather was pretty warm for the forecast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Apollo Heating and Air installed our new furnace and AC in just six hours—and both came at a great price! What really impressed me was that each technician took time to walk me through the work and answer my questions. Caleum explained the new thermostat, Chase showed me the furnace and explained how to keep the condensate drain line clean, and Joe walked me through the outdoor condenser and how to clean the housing and grille. They made sure I understood how to care for everything before they left. I’m now qualified to adjust the thermostat—and my wife is still qualified to adjust it right back. 😂 Great price, efficient work, and a crew that takes time with their customers. Highly recommend Apollo!
