  • Highly recommend. My hot water tank broke. Mike came that day to look at the tank and see if it could be repaired. Sadly it could not. He recommended the right tank for my home. The next day Mo and Greg came to install the new one and remove the old one. They were very respectful and cleaned the mess. Excellent service, trustworthy and I will be recommending them to anyone that I come across. Extremely satisfied client and now I’m going to take a hot bath! On time, communicated in a timely manner, well priced and they somehow made the piping look nice, even thought it had to run across the width of the house. They treated our home with respect. We also had an old thermostat which they switch that out, no problems. Best price in the area!

  • I recently had a fantastic experience with Apple HVAC and wanted to share it. Mike came to my home to provide a quote for installing a natural gas line to my BBQ. During the visit, he explained that the work would be completed by two licensed technicians and also pointed out areas that needed to be updated to meet current code—something I really appreciated. Out of the five quotes I received, theirs was the most competitive. On installation day, two technicians arrived, they were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions throughout the process, and they took the time to answer every one thoroughly and patiently. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they managed to install the gas line using existing openings, avoiding any unnecessary holes in my foundation or basement ceiling. That level of care and craftsmanship made a big difference. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of service I received and would highly recommend Apple HVAC. When it’s time to replace my furnace and AC, I won’t hesitate to contact Mike and the team again.
