• Fast friendly customer service, my hot water tank was leaking. Capital Home Comfort Systems were in the neighborhood so I called to inquiry if they also fix hot water tank. Kevin took the call I explained the situation and asked if they availability to look at it. He told me that he would reach out to see if they could stop by to assess the tank. You may think why didn’t you just call your rental company? We own the hot water tank. Isiah came within an hour and immediately recognized the problem . He noticed that tbe outflow pipe was loose thus causing the leak. He tightened it. Later that afternoon Kevin followed up. I strongly recommend this company for their amazing customer services and professionalism.

• We have had Capital Home Comfort replace our 33 year old AC unit and the communication, pricing and service were excellent. The company was recommended to me, also due a to high level of service provided to a coworker over time, and it was everything I had expected. Additionally, the quotes provided to me by Mark were so far below the quotes offered by other companies (JD Swallow, Reliance) that I was told, by those companies, that I must be getting scammed. Well clearly they are the scammers. However what sets this company above others is not even the great pricing or service but how they react when unforeseen issues arise, due to a manufacturing defect in my case, and how they ensure that I, as a customer, have full peace of mind as to how I spent my money and how my purchase is not just properly installed but also is covered with a reliable warranty without compromise. Most average companies can seem great if everything goes without a hitch. But very very few can make you feel better still about your purchase when something went wrong and they have had to remedy the problem. A great, unique experience, and this would be the #1 HVAC company I would recommend to anyone.

• 5+++ Stars for Capital Home Comfort Systems!! Called them in panic on 2 July after the flooding in Ottawa and they were at our home within a couple of hours, and an estimate to replace furnace/hot water tank the following day. While it took days for us to get out of our contract with Enercare, Capital checked in with us for updates and as soon as we were ready, they were at our door. Very curteous, efficient and professional in replacing everything. Highly highly recommend this company.

• Really fast, professional, considerate and friendly service. Our AC broke down in the middle of the heat wave - they responded really quickly and were able to fit us in the next day. Mark was SO helpful and was able to replace the broken piece right away. The AC didn't turn on because we still had an issue with our fuse box -- but he called us the very next day to let us know he encountered the same issue elsewhere and how to fix it! We already had but the fact that he thought to do that kind of follow-up was so thoughtful and is the kind of service that you don't see much anymore. • 5 stars are not enough for this company. I came home at 430pm to find my central air not working. (33 degrees before humidity). House was horribly hot. I called Capital Home Comfort and to my surprise someone answered on a Friday afternoon just before 5 pm. I was told he could have someone come right away to look at my ac,told me how much the service call would be, which i found was a good price. Mark (tech) showed up and literally in 5 min told me what was wrong with my ac the cost to fix it and that he had the part in his van. AC was running in Mabe 10 min. • If we could give 10 stars we would do so. We have been dealing with Mark and Kevin at Capital Home Comfort for many years. We bought a furnace and central air from them in 2012. We were so impressed we recommended them to our neighbour. We still have that same furnace as they have serviced it regularly over the years. Then, in 2024 we had to replace the air conditioner so, since we were renovating our home, we decided to go all in for a heat pump. There was no question who was going to do the work as Mark and Kevin have always given us the best service at a very fair price. Recently, while vacationing in Mexico, we received a text from our fancy thermostat that the heat in our house was only at 18degrees. We texted Kevin late on a Saturday and they went to our house within the hour to check it out. They checked it all out, reset the furnace and we came home to a warm house early Sunday morning. We can't say enough about the incredible, personalized service.
