• AC outside unit had issues late at night. Had to leave request and actually got messaged first thing in the morning. Abby was great in scheduling us and answering any questions and updating us on tech's arrival time. Jose the tech was great, polite, and knowledgeable. He communicated and explained everything he was doing. Ran test on the outside and inside units to confirm that everything was in working order. Answered all the wifes questions, even about things that could go on down the road with the AC unit. Gave us do's and don't recommendations and recommendations to keep the life of the unit going longer as well.

• Called several HVAC installers to compare prices. Atlas gave me competitive prices for two systems from Carrier. Got them both 2 stages. Pete helped me get financing, and scheduled for install. He was friendly and put no pressure. Then on the day of install, Israel and the teams showed up on time, laid floor covers to protect flooring and completed the installs for two systems. The install went as planned, the employees were courteous, friendly, and professional and made sure to clean up after they finished. I would recommend them.

• My upstairs system I purchased in May '22 stopped cooling Wednesday night (first ever problem with the system). I called Atlas Thursday morning and Mateo was here this morning on time. He was very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem - a tripped circuit breaker. Although I should have checked that myself Mateo explained usually a compressor going bad will trip the breaker. I am glad he came out to check the entire system to include the capacitor, the freon level and double checked the compressor. I highly recommend Atlas because everyone I have dealt with to include the installers, Abbey who got me scheduled right away, Mateo this morning and both owners have been fantastic. I purchased two complete Carrier systems from Atlas one in May '22 and the other December '23. I haven't had any trouble with either system but with real hot weather coming up real soon when I double checked to find my ten year labor warranty I couldn't find it in my old emails. I called and spoke to Tommy and he found it right away and emailed it to me. He told he I'm all set and was so friendly. He told me about their videos and I already watched two and they are very informative. The most important thing I want to mention again is this company will give you an honest and fair quote.

We recently had our new air conditioning unit installed by Atlas AC, and our technician, Masiullah Amani, did an absolutely phenomenal job. From the initial installation visit, his expertise was completely obvious. He took the time to walk us through our options, ensured the unit was perfectly level, and handled the complex setup flawlessly. Before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned up the workspace and explained exactly how to operate the new system. What really sets Atlas AC apart, however, is their incredible post-installation support. When we noticed a lingering humidity issue and one specific room that wasn't cooling properly, they promptly scheduled follow-up appointments. We were so impressed that they sent Masiullah back out each time. Having the same technician made a world of difference because he already knew our system inside and out. Throughout the entire process, Masiullah was incredibly expert, courteous, and patient. He listened carefully to our concerns and did a fantastic job tracking down and completely fixing both the humidity and room cooling issues. Finding a company that delivers a clean initial setup is great, but finding a team that stands by their work with this level of top-notch follow-up care is rare. If you use Atlas AC, definitely ask for Masiullah!

• Atlas Air came out this morning to work on our AC system. Mateo was on time, very friendly and listened to everything I had to say about our issue. He went directly to what he thought was the problem (which he was right), showed me what it was and then took care of it. He was here for about 30-45 minutes. • Mateo took excellent care of the Ten year old Trane AC indoor unit with a blocked condensate pipe and the price was reasonable according to Chat GPT. The insulation covering is now torn a bit, but Mateo said that won’t interfere with functionality. He flushed the line both with a blower and took it outside and used the hose to wash the residual sludge. I gave him 10% tip for his care and attention to detail. Mateo checked the HVAC system on August 03 2026 as part of the annual Maintenance package. Everything checked out fine, which is always a relief. I have had disappointing results from other companies before i found Atlas AC. They are honest and truthful at Atlas without corporate pressure to upsell. In the past i had a company (Radiant Plumbing & Air) that LIED about needing to buy a new HVAC system! They used fear tactics and quite frankly took advantage of an old lady. I got two other companies to check my system and both said it was fine. That was over three years ago! After that i found Atlas AC Repair and was overjoyed. As long as i take good care of it, my Trane system should serve happily for another five years. You can trust Atlas to do a professional job and be fair and true.

• I have used Atlas AC for 4 years. This was the first time I was not impressed. I was told by the first representative a person would be onsite at 8am on a Saturday. I didn't really think that would happened but I was assured it would be so I rearranged my morning for the time. Service member showed up at 9am and I was told by the service member they don't start until 9am. There is definitely a breakdown between their sales and service department. The service member was polite and knowledgeable but he showed up like he just woke up. Shoes weren't tied and seemed groggy. After he left I had to contact Atlas AC because one of my units wasn't blowing cold air. Turned out the service member had turned the breaker switch off and forgot to turn it back on. Like I said, on this day, I am not impressed. They asked for a review so there you go. In the past everything has been very good and I'd give 5 stars but today was not that day.
