I highly recommend Blue Dot Air Conditioning & Heating. From start to finish, they provided outstanding service, professionalism, and honesty. The owner, Juan, came out to diagnose our 26-year-old upstairs A/C unit. He could have easily recommended replacing it, but instead he found an inexpensive repair and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. After dealing with the unit struggling for about seven years, I decided I was ready for a new system, and Blue Dot was able to install one the very next day. Danney and Alex did the installation, and they were excellent. They were knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and patient with all of my questions. They arrived shortly after 8:00 AM and had the job completed before 5:00 PM. They also discovered that our thermostat was located in the master bedroom, causing the A/C to shut off before the rest of the rooms upstairs had cooled. Instead of charging me to move it, Juan sent Basillo ("Bas") out that same day, and he relocated it to the hallway at no additional cost. The new upstairs unit worked so well that the following week I had Blue Dot replace our 26-year-old downstairs unit as well. Now, even when it's 100 degrees outside, our house gets so cold that we're actually raising the thermostats. These units are incredibly efficient. Everyone at Blue Dot has been knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and focused on doing the job right. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Blue Dot Air Conditioning & Heating.

We called another company to get a quote to clean our ducts. That company said they could not be cleaned and we needed to replace all ducts for 42K!!! Then we called Blue Dot for a second opinion. Blue Dot came out and cleaned our ducts and even repaired parts of our A/C system in 1 day. We are very satisfied customers. Because of their honesty and resonable price, we are switching to Blue Dot for our heating and cooling yearly maintenance as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Brent at Blue Dot! He came out on a Sunday night when we were having an A/C issue, and the entire experience was outstanding. Brent was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He quickly figured out the problem, explained everything clearly, and there were absolutely no surprises or unnecessary upselling. What really impressed me was the pricing—despite it being a Sunday night service call, there was no outrageous after-hours overcharge. It’s refreshing to have someone show up when you really need help and provide honest, straightforward service. Brent provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him and Blue Dot to anyone needing A/C service. Five stars all the way!

Great company. Have two ACs, one is new, and one is pretty old. They have kept us up and running. So far have had them out to fix three separate issues, each time they got things fixed quickly and professionally. This last time with AC going out after hours, then them having us up and running just a few hours later for a very very reasonable price, lifesaver in this Texas heat.
