Our AC stopped working last Thursday although we had a Clean Air tech to check the system a week or so previously and found no issues. I contacted Lori on the same Thursday, who said a different tech person could come out the next day, Friday. The tech checked for thirty minutes or so and said it was a leaking evaporator coil. He could not give me any details, such as could it be replaced? Cost? When? Next steps? He left, saying he would report the issue and that "someone will call you.". I received no communication whatsoever. So, we have had no AC since that Thursday. I texted Lori with these same concerns and told her not to invoice me, which Clean Air did anyway for $160. Ridiculous! So, Sunday i contacted an HVAC company, well respected, who came out today, Monday, and assessed the problem(s) in about 15 minutes. In addition to a bad coil, there were two significant issues Clean Air completely overlooked. The repair tech who came out today showed me the issues such as the leaking, rusted coil, and also had me listen to the sounds indicating the third problem. I have used Clean Air for maintenance the last year or two, but never again. I am insulted to be billed for $160 for an inadequate and indifferent assessment that would ultimately not completely remedied the issue. Robert Johnson

A big shout out to Clean Air!! Last Friday afternoon, my A/C went out. I called Lori and she was on the ball. A technician was later at my house and tried to fix machine into the night but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. Then Saturday morning Lori sent Trey, another technician , to work his magic and after a couple of hours ...Cold Air!! Many thanks to this company and to Lori who kept in touch with me. Clean Air was truly professional. The indoor central air and heating system broke. Clean Air came in and evaluated the system and recommended replacement of the indoor unit only. Their technician were very knowledgeable and replaced the system and then a separate technician came in and performed a quality control and assurance check to ensure the system was installed correctly and is operating as intended. Love the new unit and my home is cool again. Thank you Clean Air for your knowledgeable and professional technicians.

Pete spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. It was not easy to diagnose why our heat had suddenly stopped . Turned out to be a nonworking part that was still under warranty. As was during the coldest weather the winter, we were very very happy.

I have used Clean Air for both my business and residential. Finding honest and reliable AC/Heating repair is difficult. Clean Air is honest and priced fair for the work they do. When I called, they even asked me to check my breaker box first just in case. They did not have to do this. I will definitely continue using them!!
