When another shoddy San Antonio a/c company sold my 75 year old mother a brand new unit in 2021 and then on August 30th tells me their first appt to come diagnose will be September 9th because "she is no longer a priority since she didn't renew her maintenance package with them in January" I called Classic and they were here within 24 hours. The tech, Brian, listened, diagnosed and repaired what they could to get the unit to start cooling again with in 2 hours. In the end I had to call the shoddy company back to do the warranty work and here we are 6 days later and we are still waiting on an appt from them. I will forever sing the praises of Classic and recommend them to anyone in their service area. They by far exceed the expectations for a wonderfully run business that is concerned about customer service. They earned a new customer for life.
