• It's too bad that Google only allows 5 stars for a 10 star company. We have been with them for over 45 years & have been totally delighted to have them install our new systems & maintained them for all these years. Starting with Lindsey who always answers the phone with a wonderful smile - she is the icon for the "Happy Face". This is my first Google review for anything & the reason for this is the service visit I got this month. Carlos was wrapping his work & saw that an aluminum tube had separated from the roof vent pipe, most likely when I had to have my roof replaced earlier this month. The outcome could have been very serious, since carbon monoxide could have spread inside the house when we would have started using the heat mode. So Carlos is truly a life saver! • I found C&J from the Carrier authorized dealer list. I had my entire system changed by a company who claimed to be Carrier authorized but wasn't. I had issues from the start and the original company bailed on me. Nate & Carlos from CJ were able to figure out the problem and fixed my unit right before the summer started. • Paul G. worked on my 'dead' A/C system and got me up and running in no time. He checked out my system and serviced it entirely and took the time to even cleaned out my outside unit of all the dirt and grime with a garden hose. During every step he took, he kept me informed of why and what he was doing to my system, which really helped me to understand my home system and it's quirks. If you're looking for quality work, then look no farther than C&J's technician "Paul G."! Update review: My 9 year old AC system developed a leak that was extremely difficult to find and required the worst kind of repair. The leak was located in the house foundation, which by itself is not really repairable. C&J provided me with an option that at first seemed like might be a very expensive option. However, I was presented with a quote that was very fair and a method of repair that should last for the foreseeable future. Carlos and JR did the work and did a fantastic job. It was a very difficult job that had a couple of obstacles that they easily overcame and restored my AC. Really appreciate their work and good spirits while doing this tough and “dirty” job. Still can’t figure out why Carlos, a 6 foot 2 man wanted to get in the attic and do the hardest part of the job 😜. Thanks C&J for sending me your ‘A’ team to get my system up and fully functioning again!!!

Both times they have been exceptionally courteous to us when they talk to us on the phone to make appointments and to discuss the issues of concern.
