10/9/26: Jason came to service our furnace today and was awesome! He gave some great recommendations for duct cleaning and an air purifier! EDIT: Alex and Avery installed our new furnace today and were WONDERFUL!!! Their workmanship and integrity were refreshing! Thank you Beltway for a pleasant and stress-free experience! Looking forward to continuing business with you all! Shawn was very kind, patient and informative! I had many questions and he took the time to thoroughly answer them both verbally and visually! Thank you Shawn for being an incredible light in my day and explaining the problem with our furnace in detail! I will definitely be recommending you!

their job process was very confusing had several different crew members show up on different parts of the job first set of guys looked very young and not very skilled they took two days to set up the line set to the attic and try to level the spot for the outside unit which they gave up on then on 3rd day a few more guys came and installed part of the attic blower unit and ducts poked a lot of holes made a mess of my upstairs band never once asked me to move anything for them and they did not use drop clothes dust everywhere the 4th day they sent another guy out with the same crew he leveled the outside unit and finished the attic and duct work and set the thermostat up handed my wife a pamphlet and turn the unit on told her to read the manual if you have any questions and left i got home later that day and everything was working but there was a loud noise coming from the outside unit it was after 4 pm on a Friday so i called in the am and got an emergency appointment the man showed up told me the fan bad and or motor was unbalanced or bad and he would order a new one and someone would call Monday with more info 3 days later no calls at all i called and spoke with an operations manager who assured me it would be completed as soon as possible 1 week later they came out and Alan tried to replace the fan and motor he installed new parts and stuck two more feet under the unit telling me that would help it was better while he was here but later that day it started making noise again it comes and goes definitely not right i will contact them again and let them try again not a terrible experience just not as professional as they could be and little to no communication from any of their team had two major issues after the first month of operation outside unit still noisy and inside unit is still not fixed after install worked right left on me vacation right after shut unit inside at thermostat got back two weeks later and the ac is cooling at night with the thermostat off there telling me it's faulty thermostat and ordered new one we will see how that goes Alex was very nice guy no dig on him it's the company

This was the second experience I’ve had with Beltway Heating and cooling and it was excellent. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, very respectful and thorough. There was a part of the furnace that wasn’t Working efficiently. He took a picture and showed me exactly the issue and was very helpful in getting the part ordered for Replacement. He noticed some issues with the plumbing and took photos explaining the issues and was extremely helpful in getting a plumber scheduled. I’m glad I have a service contract with them. It was a pleasure working with him as well as the office personnel. Highly recommend.
