My Wife and I bought a pre owned home. It has a generac whole house generator. We didn't know if it worked. Dale came out and diagnosed the problem with it. He got it working again! He was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend Boothe's.

Between Mr. Pope ( production manager), Mr. Hall (electrical design specialist) and the members who they work with so far have been excellent. We settled for a 22kw unit and accidentally installed a 24kw however they called me to explain the situation, offered to exchange the unit but gave me a discount to keep the 24kw savings me all together a little over 5 thousand dollars in all. They for now deserve a 5 star for their performance, professionalism, curiosity and dedication to their organization.
