Today’s air conditioner inspection and tuneup was my first experience with Binder Heating and Air Conditioning. My technician was Garrett Lozier. I have used many similar companies in several homes over the past 50 years. However, I must say that this was my best experience yet! This company was recommended to me by my plumber, who told me they were the most honest and reliable company around. I definitely got that feeling today. I will be using them for all my heating and air-conditioning needs including my annual boiler maintenance. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor, and would recommend similarly to anyone looking for a good solid honest company!

I’d like to put a plug in for SSP MN’s Binder Heat & Air. We were without air conditioning during this unbelievably horrendous heat wave plus one day being the #1 worst air quality in the World. We’ve used Binder in the past and trust them so we gave them a call. Nick came out, diagnosed the problem then Jay came and fixed it. Both men were personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Also, the two women I dealt with in the office were understanding, kind and helped coordinate everything. I love my air conditioning!! I highly recommend Binder!!
