He assessed the issues, took pics to show me the 'fur coat' a neighboring weed masquerading as the bushes it infiltrated had encased the unit, suffocating it. He then reported & completed next steps. • Absolutely horrified by my experience. They trespassed on my property without permission, put in a broken ac, and refused to fix it until I payed. Their excuse was my equipment took up space in their garage. I was out of my house for 9 months because of the mold which the restoration was barely finished when they put in the furnace and ac. I was going through an 18 month restoration and repairs from a flood and mold and they came in before even the new floor plan was completed. It ended up with ductwork in the wrong place and living with a broken ac all summer. Instead of coming to fix the ac as communicated, the owner sent a service man to come bargain me on my property in the middle of my work day and refused to work until I payed in full. My insurance company won’t even let me pay them until the work is done. That is standard with or without insurance. Save yourself and do not use them. Such a scummy company, owner, and workers. They should be ashamed the way they practice

I recently replaced a 30-year-old heating system with a new Amana AXV6S and RVM97, and the upgrade added immediate value to my home. This modern system is incredible—it constantly makes adjustments as it learns my home’s specific cooling needs. I was very deliberate and intentional when vetting contractors for this project. Meeting with Nick made the choice easy. He demonstrated a genuine commitment to integrity, top-tier equipment, fair price points, and top-notch customer service from day one. • I had a mini-split system installed by B&K Heating about four years ago. The installation was done very well, and the system has worked great. That is why I’m disappointed with the issue I’m having now. The insulation on the refrigerant lines running to the outdoor unit has started breaking down after only four years. For an $11,000 investment, I expected these materials to last much longer, especially since this is an exterior component that is exposed to the weather. I called B&K and explained the problem. The first representative suggested it could possibly be from rodents or insects, but said they would contact the manufacturer after I sent over pictures. The next day, another representative called, I explained everything again, and I was told they would get back to me. Unfortunately, I still have not heard anything. I want to be clear that the installation was good and the system itself works well. My frustration is with the durability of this part and the lack of follow-up. When someone spends $11,000 on a heating and cooling system, they expect the materials used to hold up and hope the company will stand behind their work when an issue comes up. I hope B&K and the manufacturer will take a closer look and help make this right.

• BNK, moved in the building on Morgan Street. The owner Bill was an excellent salesman,very nice person. On the day they installed our Air conditioner system, the installers, we're on time. They were experience and very professional. They did an excellent job and even clean up before they finished. They did an outstanding job. We are very satisfied with our air conditioner and how good it works. It was also good to see the owner Bill come over to see the finished job, which we really appreciated. • I viewed a property Bill owns, and from the start the communication was a mess. First he said he did not want to rent to me, then suddenly changed his mind. I brought my family, looked over everything, and he told me directly that we were set for a January first move in. Those were his words. Then I wake up this afternoon to find out he rented it out to someone else without even having the decency to follow up with me. No call, no message, nothing. After acting like we had an agreement, he just went behind my back and gave it to someone else. This is flat out unprofessional and shows a total lack of integrity. If this is how he handles business, I would stay far away.
