  • I booked a consultation with Buckeye Heating and Cooling through Costco, and the entire experience was amazing! From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with their consultation process. The technician they sent out, Thomas, was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took his time explaining everything to me, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my options without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated his patience, honesty, and willingness to take the time to walk me through everything. It’s refreshing to work with a company that makes you feel valued and takes the time to do things right. I’m so appreciative of the experience and would 10/10 recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused company. Thomas was outstanding, and Buckeye Heating and Cooling made an excellent first impression!

  • I recently had Jeff Hill come to check on our heating system and had a great experience. He called me a half hour before he showed up, pointed out a few things regarding the system, replaced my filter, and was very kind to my dog. Very happy with the overall experience, hope to have Jeff back next time our unit needs checked.

  • Max from Buckeye did the annual inspection and tune up to our home plumbing system. He is very thorough and knowlegable. Items checked were tankless hot water heater flushed, sump pump, water softener, all sinks, toilets and laundry hook up and drain and exterior faucets and more. We highly recommend Max from Buckeye.

  • Spent forever on the phone first with AI only to be told that a third person would contact me to set up an appointment time. No thank you. Horrible customer service.

  • Great work! However I feel that i was over charged for just coming out to light the pilot on my hot water tank as an 83 yr old senior ($250 plus). Otherwise Great work as i had minor flooding in my basement!

  • I needed to get a hvac repair done on my older heat pump system. This is my first house and the former owner had done very little maintenance before I moved in, so I was quite worried about something going wrong. Dylan from Buckeye heating and cooling was able to come the next day and walked me through the easy fix needed as well as what sort of maintenance I should be doing to keep my system running well. He was extremely helpful and friendly and the basic maintenance information he gave me let me feel much more confident in maintaining my first hvac system. The price was very reasonable, especially if you sign up for an annual membership. I highly recommend this company and especially my tech, Dylan Aitken.

  • Avoid them. Went through their website and clicked several buttons advertising a "free quote." I ended up calling to simplify things, and scheduled a visit to determine why the HVAC wasn't working. Will not use them again for 3 reasons: 1. They quoted me $293 for a repair in addition to a $98 service fee. We were able to replace the part for $10 ourselves in less than an hour (thank goodness for Reddit & their outrage at that quote LOL). 2. When they told me that cost, I told them I was going to call my boyfriend to discuss our options before moving forward. In that brief time, the techs rushed to try to start installing it. I ran to tell them to stop and that I would not be having services done, and they got very sheepish about the cost. 3. On their website, they say free quotes. Note - on the mobile version, you had to scroll all the way to the bottom (beyond the button to click for scheduling) to see what this excludes. I wound up calling due to issues I was having on the site, and do not recall anything mentioned about a fee. They state that they have it recorded specifying that I would be charged, but also said they are not permitted to share that recording with me. I had 2-3 confirmations via email and text and none of them stated payment would be owed following the visit. Having this listed would be much more transparent. Clearly has happened to others, and could easily be avoided by clearer communication. Other groups offer estimates for significantly cheaper, and there is a lot of info online. Would never have had them come out had I been aware of the high cost of an estimate and considering the massive markup of a simple fix.

  • I hired this company for a new HVAC installation, but the experience was frustrating from the initial quote through the final install. Pricing Discrepancies & Misrepresentation: During the sales process, I received an official PDF quote. When I went to accept the offer, the price had increased significantly on their end due to a "technology issue." When I brought this up, the representative tried to convince me that the original lower price was never offered. Fortunately, I had saved the PDF copies of all original documents to prove the discrepancy. Incorrect Wiring / Unused Paid Features: The company subcontracted out the actual installation work, which resulted in poor execution. I paid extra for a 2-stage cooling system, but the installers wired it as a single-stage system. By monitoring home temperature data, I caught that Stage 1 and Stage 2 were running identically. A homeowner without data tracking would have paid for a premium feature they never received. Poor Sealing & Crawlspace Air Intrusion: The installers failed to apply mastic or foil tape on the connection between the filter cabinet and the air handler. After installing a MERV 11 filter—which increases static pressure—the unsealed gap began drawing air directly from the crawlspace into the home, creating a heavy musty/moldy smell throughout the house. I expected professional service and transparent communication. Instead, I faced deceptive sales tactics, poor subcontracted workmanship, and shortcut steps that compromised my home's air quality. Save your documentation and inspect everything carefully if you use this company.

  • Work done was good quality. However, disappointing overall project was not completed as outlined and quoted. Connection in left of picture was to be replaced as part of job. Also disappointing was follow up conversation with company sales manager, who informed someone from their scheduling department would contact me for work to be completed promptly. To date, no further response from company, even voice messages have not been returned.

  • Great communication. Arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Annual plumbing service is well worth it.

  • I just recently, last week and this week had a clogged condensation drain coming from my furnace/AC unit. Max Kovacs was my Technician. Max did a fantastic job. The $93 or free un clog deal is for real. Max wasn't able to unclog the drain because after further research by him, it was discovered that in the older home that I have, it wasn't an actual drain but just a hole in the concrete for drainage so there was no charge. He recommended and installed a condensation pump that is working beautifully. He also scheduled and installed a new Hot water heater the same week since mine was almost 20 years old. His service was personal and I could really tell that he cares about his work and what he does. After this, I had one more thing that needed done and he was very quick to reccomend the right thing and again, personally scheduled the work to be done and followed through promptly with it. He and another technician replaced two outdoor hose units and installed indoor shut off valves. Five stars for Max and Five stars for Buckeye Heat for having him on your Team. Virtually NO wait for the work to be done. WELL DONE!!

  • Our AC went out in 90 degree weather. The company we had a long time relationship with and MA couldn’t come out for several days. We called Buckeye and they were at our house within the hour. They could not give us a complete diagnosis because the coils were frozen. The next morning they set a technician, Gian. He was great, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options, no pressure, very honest. Because our HVAC was 20+ years old we chose to replace it. Gian scheduled a salesperson for the next day. He was not high pressure, gave us several options. Buckeyes installers were out the next day.. Joe and Khan were very hard workers and got our new HVAC installed as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend Buckeye.
