Amazing experience, hands down technicians you can trust. Another company wanted to upsell us with an unnecessary unit replacement, using expensive repair costs as a way to upsell you into something that was not needed. The technician from Bob's heating, was able to explain potential issues long term and more importantly provided us with a price that was way lower than the other company $4,200 vs. $7,500 for the repair.
