From the initial bidding process they were quick responding to our request, super professional and respectful when they visited our place to scope out the work, following up with a thorough description of the work included in their estimate. They were very receptive to our questions as we compared quotes from others and ultimately won us over with their comprehensive final proposal. The project (whole house polyB replacement) went great. The installation team, led by Allan, ran like clock work, super coordinated and didn't appear to waste a minute remaining friendly and open to my questions - I never felt like I was interrupting them. They started and finished on time, no over runs and my mechanical room never looked better! Overall they did a great job at the price quoted, on time with good value and there were no surprises. I am super happy and will recommend them. We had them back to replace our water heater separately and Tyler did a fantastic job! His work dove tailed into the work done to the mechanical room during the polyB replacement with no rework (testament to both installation teams). Can't say enough about the quality of workmanship on both projects. Just had the Bree-Link team back on an urgent repair of a furnace. The heat was out and folks were getting cold. They came right away that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts and had her up and running faster than I expected and on budget! Matt is a great technician and he and the team at Bree-Link really came through for us again. Did I mention they are my new "go to"? Great work everyone and very much appreciated. We had some follow up plumbing fixture work by Adam today and he went out of his way to make sure everything fit and functioned right. Super reliable team! Thanks! Had Bree-Link back in the new year to do an investigation and repair of a leak in the main water line to our Mom's house. Shanahen was there first thing in the morning and found the problem right away...required a bit of looking as the problem was pretty obscure, a take off for an irrigation line we thought was long abandoned, but he found it quickly. He gave us great advice on where to excavate, spot on, and was back with everything needed to make the repair, on time and first thing, super quickly. Super happy with the results over all. Great service again!! Thanks! Had Bree-Link back to trouble shoot our AC unit that stopped working. They fit us in within a day of my calling. Tyler came over, quickly found the problem and got it back up and running in an hour. He's super thorough, checked the entire system even checking the inside temperatures to make sure the house was cooling, and took the time to talk to me about what he found and what it meant. Tyler and the team at Bree-Link are great! Bree-Link to the rescue at our Mom's this week! Had a very problematic drain that wouldn't clear. Adam from Bree-Link had it cleared and working again in under an hour today. He took the time to help with a wonky kitchen faucet while he was there. Really appreciate his thoroughness and workmanship.

• Technicians - 10/10, Adam and co were great and Got the job done in 2 hrs Wednesday last week hydro jetting . Very informative and helpful, Adam had also been at my place to address a blockage issue in the common strata area of my town house prior in July and again did a great job informing and helping me understand the issues, communicating clearly and giving reasonable expectations. The front staff- 1/10. 3 weeks Prior to Adam coming to hydro jet, I got a text from a representative asking to book an appointment. I explained I worked in Kelowna (I live in LC) 8-4 Monday to Friday and asked it be done later in the day. I was told specifically it was an all day thing. I understood that could be possible since they (Bree Link) would be the experts and not myself. I am self employed so taking time off costs me but that's what you have to do sometimes as a home owner. I was shocked that it took Adam only 2 hours and was pretty choked that I was told it would be all day. All communication by texts. I expressed this and asked some sort of compensation since they should have done their due diligence to confirm how long it would take. I was told promptly that would not happen and that they assumed that it would be an all day thing. They advised me they would have Chris the owner contact me, a week has passed and that has not occured. Mistakes happen but when it assumed that the customer should just suck it up and lose a days wages because the business made an assumption and didn't do their diligence, seems good will is being taken for granted.
