We had an exceptional experience with Bright HVAC when our AC system went out on a Friday evening in August. We called several businesses looking for some help and Bright was the one that returned our call and came to evaluate our situation within the hour. Once it became apparent that we needed a replacement and we discussed options they showed up with several portable cooling systems to put throughout the house to ensure that we could stay in the house and be as comfortable as possible until the install on Monday. I have never heard of a company doing that for a customer. The install was quick and they spent all the time needed to get us up to speed on the system controls. The Bright HVAC team is top notch and we would highly recommend them for all your heat/air needs.

Monday, July 6, 2026 - My warranty company assigned Bright HVAC of Central Arkansas to me after three unsuccessful attempts of restoring my AC by Clfton Heat & Air Solution. The contractor answered my questions, provided a plethora of information about my ancient HVAC unit, and explained his actions, decisions, and next steps while repairing my unit. Knowledge is power! Although I didn't get the young man's name, I would like to thank him for the time and patience he took in making sure my unit was working properly before leaving. Currently, my AC in my house is working well. I feel confident and reassured that if I have problems in the future Bright HVAC in Sherwood, AR will do all that they can to make sure I do not spend over a week in the heat, like Clifton Heat & Air Solution did.

From the beginning of our of conversation with Bright HVAC to the end and after installation, the Bright HVAC staff/owners were courteous, knowledgeable and professional during the installation of our new ac unit. It started with Stephanie who scheduled the appointment and Calvin, Nathan and Joseph did the rest. Also, Gabe (finance) ensured all documents were processed in a timely matter and communicated with us after hours to ensure the ac unit could be installed as soon as possible. Hats off to Bright HVAC and I will definitely use their services again if needed.
