• Campione replaced our entire HVAC system. From the initial consultation and quote through scheduling, installation, and follow up with the extended warranty and rebate paperwork this was a great experience. I had three companies come and do estimates. Campione saw a couple things others didn’t and their quote was equal to one other in price and lower than the other. I also had them install a natural gas line to my deck for my grill. Their price was much, much less than a price I had from a plumber. Overall terrific company. Highly recommended!!

• We had a gas leak at the feed connection inside the unit, Korey showed up on time and quickly resolved the issues. Several of the joints were loose or cross threaded. He replaced all the defective parts, reassembled the feed and checked all the lines in the basement. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. This was a newer furnace installed by Zenner and Ritter, and they wouldn’t even return my calls, But the good news is I now have a new HVAC contractor in Campione HVAC! Highly recommended!

• Amazing experience with Campione. Our house was down to 57 degrees and we called another company and were told we needed to replace our entire system. My parents recommended calling Campione and Korey came out the same day to our house. Turns out it was just an igniter that needed to be fixed and he saved us literally thousands of dollars. • This is my kind of company! Our two and a half year old furnace conked out. The original vendor is out of business. Tried one big name company, they said $2000 for a new inductor motor (frozen bearings on the old one), but really, why not invest $10,000 for a new furnace? At this point my wife went to her ladies for recommendations. They had a few names, but when one said Campione, another chimed in with rave reviews. I gave them a call. They were here within the hour. The tech played with the inductor, said it felt like something was caught inside. He opened it up and found the silicone sealant had come loose and wrapped around the shaft. He cleaned it out, re-sealed it, charged us for a simple service call, the furnace is running great. This furnace won’t last forever, the positive impression they made on us will.

One place recommended either a new blower ($1500) and strongly recommended a new furnace ($6700 ) which would result in putting off our honeymoon next year. • Hard to argue with a company when you leave a message on their machine saying " I'd like like to winterize my furnace, please"...and they show up at noon , saying " I was just down the street" and performed the service. When they serviced our A/C unit it only took a day, but this was great Any service person that enters the house and immediately puts on the inside booties, is 2 thumbs up with the wife (took 'em off and on again for his quick trips to the truck, as well). Not only did he do the service, but also informed us, and gave us the Rebate form from National Fuel gas, for the entire amount charges ! Free works for us, whatca nice surprise. On the way out the door, giving us the final tips, he mentioned, "...and dont forget the batteries. Batteries, who knew, certainly not us. But have just bought several lithium batteries, we of course asked where they were so we would know. He of course offered to put the batteries into the thermostat...and we are good to go. Full value, excellant service, we dont need the business card. We know who to call.

• I own a home and I a look after 2 other family members homes. At my house Campione has replaced the furnace and A/C, performed the maintenance on these units, and installed a direct vent hot water tank. My sister had a traditional hot water tank installed. My sons house had new a/c along with a Mitsubishi a/c unit. They have rerouted piping on my sons boiler and responded to a emergency repair after we accidentily cut thermostat wire while working on a renovation. Each time the response has been prompt.
